The worst courier ever ..don’t have delivery ethics.I was calling them for the delivery no response and no call back.J & T is one of the worst courier service ever i seen in my life. for the reference the tracking#JTE400013840565... supposed to deliver my items on 28 Aug-2025 which was ordered from Temu..i was keep on calling and sending messages,no response,no call back.i dont know who is the right person to contact but i felt it is one of the worst courier services in the entire planet.

J and T is the WORST
J and T Express is the worst delivery service in the Philippines. Their drivers are rude and unhelpful and don't care about delivering your package. Their customer service sucks and they don't care about your packages as they deliver it in very poor condition. I wouldn't use J and T if it was the only delivery service in the Philippines because of how bad it is.

Please tell to all your delivery riders to deliver around 4pm or 5 because after 12nn that's the only time we can sleep. Worst customer service in the world. The cheap shipping cost explains the quality of service they can offer. Staff are rude and unhelpful. I sent two medium boxes from Cebu to Laguna but one box gone missing. Worst. Your items are not safe. Do not risk with this courier.

I ordered 2 sets of V380 5G dual lens dual screen outdoor CCTV camera cost of P575 and what I've got is a box of 2 tubs of cookwares cleaner. Package is in bare carton wrapped with only J&T plastic bag. Very disapponted.

Unprofessional team
Unprofessional team. They just play with system by updating some status, but no actual action. I have been waiting for a consignment, which was reached in their Sharjah location 3 days back (as per the tracking) to deliver in Sharjah. But not yet delivered. No response to my messages and calls to toll free number & the provided number of delivery man. Totally pathetic service.

i have received my delivery very fast, the delivery guy was very friendly i opened the door he gave me a big good morning smiling and with such positive attitude i think his name is Anwar Shahani as i saw in the message, i saw the same delivery guy at two different location and same attitude only this make a different experience.

Es una porquería de paquetería, no solo roban los paquetes sino también los mensajeros son de lo peor.
Me aventaron mi paquete y arruinaron el producto, al tratar de tomarles foto la tipa trató de agredirme todo esto quedó capturado en varias cámaras de vigilancia.
Al contactar a la mensajería solo se disculpan pero no se harán responsable de mi producto.
Al final se levantó el acta correspondiente ante el MP por agresión y se levantó queja con Profeco.

J&T Telok Panglima Garang PJS020 want to return Jalan Taman Dato Hormat branch. 7/6/24 around 9:50am, I WANT TO DO RETURN, she gave me the wrong information and then no apologize from her, instead she ask me to go to other branch!!! She say I need to get the barcode when I already have the return label paper, I have a hard time to get that coz my officemate is in the hospital, she hold that shopee account, and then after I received the barcode, she say I need to go to parcelub, and then suddenly she say, actually we can proceed without barcode but need to pay 7 ringgit, I was like what!! I dont mind to pay instead of ask me to go to parcelhub which is so far from me!!!! Nightmare CS!!
