Ang bagal ng delivery super disappointed.

This delivery app is nonsense, my item was on hold 4days in a row not being delivered as agreed, not even a single update, instead i had to follow up, my item was delayed in the first from the order app, now they added extra baggge. .wtf

La peor paquetería que puede existir, si ven que alguna página la utiliza mejor no se arriesguen y no pidan, perderán su dinero y su tiempo, jamás la usaría para enviar algo personal o para utilizar en algún negocio

tengo una semana esperando un paquete que supuestamente ya tienen en mi cuidad y nada, no hay un numero de atención marcas y es una grabadora que solo sabe disculparse.

Cambodia J&T express, the worker is just SO RUDE. because I want him to deliver by the time I'm free, it's not like I'm controlling. Well it's more like him, the delivery man is more CONTROLLING. He even hang up in the middle of the call where I want him to deliver!!

This is now the second time out of three that we have not received our shipment.

It is simply grotesque. Even if we get a refund of the amount, it is not the solution to the problem. JT Express' primary task is to deliver packages to the specified address – a task that should be straightforward.

On of the worst Shipping company the customer service are very rude and the hang the phone while you speak and the manger never call back or even assist

This is not a courier company. It does not exist. It is a fake courier company. BEWARE! I ordered form Temu and received a tracking number. I then received a WhatsApp message from J&T express to say my parcel was out for delivery with Abid Ali and had been signed for. This is absolutely false! I never received the package. I called the number 800 568 on the website and it does not answer...keeps saying our menu options have changed and does not allow you to select any option then hangs up. I will be reporting this company to Federal Public Prosecutor's Office for fraud in Dubai.

This is one of the many logistics company who are aiding and abetting scammers in the country. They don’t require valid IDs when scammers send parcel for COD and they don’t allow opening of parcels prior paying this scammers just keep on coming using different names and business addresses. They don’t validate business owners who will use their services. If COD then there should be clearing of payment 1-2 days for protection for customers who ends up being scammed but still get their refunds. Do something on your policies as you have always been involved with bad customer reviews!

Worst delivery and worst delivery people in this organization.

Never ever choose in life and any company delivery through this team I will cancel that order immediately.

En esta paqueteria no tiene más que un empleado haciendo las entregas de miles de envíos haciendo que tu envío tarde más de un mes en entrega local no contestan nunca los teléfonos no la recomiendo para nada

Pésima paquetería mis paquetes nunca llegan, no llaman y los regresan. No hay punto para recogerlos

Their delivery riders are thieves! They will tagged the lazada order as delivered when in fact they did not deliver the package.

Absolutely the worst service, My package is late and shows it has been sitting in the warehouse of the delivery town for 3 days, Customer service just flat out lied to me.

By far, it is the worst delivery company in the UAE. The drivers often contact you asking for the location, promising to deliver, and then tell you tomorrow. Customer service is not helping at all. I asked how to make a complaint, no one answering. Avoid as possible.

The worst courier ever ..don’t have delivery ethics.I was calling them for the delivery no response and no call back.J & T is one of the worst courier service ever i seen in my life. for the reference the tracking#JTE400013840565... supposed to deliver my items on 28 Aug-2025 which was ordered from Temu..i was keep on calling and sending messages,no response,no call back.i dont know who is the right person to contact but i felt it is one of the worst courier services in the entire planet.
