انالا ارشح هذه الشركه لاى شخص لانهم لايحترمون العملاء ولا الوقت اتعامل مع شركات شحن كثيره لم ولن ارى اسوء معامله كا هذه كلبن كن shein طلبيه من شهرين وحتى الان لم تصل كامله اتعامل مع shein منذ فتره كبيره لما ارى معامله بهذا السوء لمده اكثر من اسبوع كل يوم يرسل رساله من سائق يسأل عن الموقع فى الصباح الباكر ارسل له الموقع وافضل منتظر انه يوصل لم يأتى واذا ارسلت له رساله لا يرد وفى اخر اليوم يرسل لى رساله يقول ان العنوان غير صحيح مع العلم ان ارسلت له الموقع وهذا تكرر اكثر سبع مرات على مدار اسبوعين وحتى اليوم حدث نفس الشيء انهم لايعرفون كيف يحترمون العملاء والمواعيد لا انصح اى احد بالتعامل معهم مطلقا واسف على الإطالة وشكرا

I do not recommend this company to anyone because they do not respect customers or time. I deal with many shipping companies and I have not and will not see the worst treatment like this. I ordered from Shein two months ago and it has not arrived completely. I have been dealing with Shein for a long time. Why do I see such bad treatment for more than a week? Every day he sends a message from a driver asking about the location. Early in the morning I send him the location and I wait for him to arrive, but he does not come. If I send him a message, he does not respond. At the end of the day, he sends me a message saying that the address is incorrect, knowing that I sent him the location. This was repeated more than seven times over the course of two weeks, and until today the same thing happened. They do not know how to respect customers and appointments. I do not advise anyone to deal with them at all. Sorry for the length. Thank you.

Disappointing and unreliable
The moment I saw that J&T Express would be handling my Sony headset delivery, I already felt upset and true enough, it took over ten days to arrive. No proper updates, poor tracking, and zero communication. Honestly, I’ve never experienced this kind of delay with Flash. J&T really needs to improve, this level of service is just hopeless.

Wish I could give zero stars. I have been waiting 20 days for the pick up of items I wanted to return. Called them TENS of times and always get the response of we will do our best to pick it up ASAP and nothing happens. Now the return period has finished and I will no longer get my money back because of their incompetence.

SHEIN is dwaling with the worst shipping companies ever, I’m not sure is it because they are cheap or what? And JNT is one of them.. un professional service and delivery service and they hire the worst drivers they send you a text asking for the location and after waiting for the whole day they don’t show up and never answer if you ask them whether they are coming or not despite the threatening language that every customer will have only 5 minutes if they don’t answer they will leave so you have to wait for them all day and in return they give you 5 minutes what a joke..

I am beyond frustrated with J&T Express in UAE and their incredibly poor service. My parcel, which was supposed to be delivered on the 11th of March, has been mishandled and delayed multiple times due to sheer incompetence.
First, the delivery guy took my parcel to the wrong address in Zakher, and after I provided the correct location, he supposedly passed it on to another delivery person who would bring it to me in Hili. This person then claimed they took it to Zakher again, making the situation even worse. When I called customer service, they assured me that the parcel would definitely arrive on the 12th without fail. Well, here I am on the 12th, and it’s 7 PM. The delivery guy called earlier, and now he says he can’t bring it today at all. How does this happen?
The most frustrating part? Their customer service number is now unreachable, probably because they’re closed, leaving me without any means to escalate or resolve this issue. Meanwhile, their tracking app shows a message claiming I wasn’t at home when the delivery was attempted yesterday. This is completely false! I was home 24/7 waiting for them. To top it off, the app even shows a screenshot of my parcel, but it doesn’t display the whole conversation where the delivery guy was confirming my address—clearly an attempt to cover up their mistake.
I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by the unprofessionalism and lack of accountability shown by J&T Express. This is the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with, and I will never use their services again. I wouldn’t trust them with anything important, and I strongly advise others to avoid using them as well.
Zero stars if I could give them that.

I’m extremely frustrated right now. I simply asked if it’s possible to extend the delivery time by just one day, yet your support team responded with nothing but rude, generic answers. I understand it’s your policy, but the platform I'm using only offers your courier service—there’s no other option available! My request was a simple one: I need to prevent my order from being returned to the seller due to an unexpected situation. But instead of listening or showing any sense of urgency, you completely ignored my concerns. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when other couriers offer more flexible delivery options and actually take the time to help their customers!

Si quieres perder tus productos y dinero, esta compañia de JT Express es experta, fatal atencion al cliente y solo se escudan diciendo que hicieron varios intentos de entrega y totalmente falso, los repartidores no se presentan en el domicilio a entregar la mercancia

Very bad service. I've been awaiting all day for my parcel to be delivered as it was "out for delivery" since 9am, only to find out at 7pm that the status was changed to "Customer requests to change delivery time" which is a pure lie as I've never requested that...

Worst Courier Company ever
J&T Couriers of UAE is the worst courier company that I have ever dealt with. Totally unprofessional. They make fake promises and has the worst customer service. As a matter of fact they do not know what is customer service. Their call center representative give you false and fake information and you keep waiting for the delivery and it never happens. After receiving the shipment in their Distribution center they took more than 7 days to deliver in a small city like Dubai. So be cautious doing any business with them. Do not know why the ecommerce companies deal with them.
J&T Express Vietnam
The company sent the parcel in the wrong province (500km from the actual address) even though the address on the receipt was correct. After checking on the app that the parcel went the wrong direction, I called them and they said that they will fix it. The same day they called me back saying that the parcel will be sent soon, again I said that are you aware that the parcel went to the wrong province ? They had no clue and said that a different department will call me back. Got a new phone call, quite rude this time asking me why did I call and report the issue as they had already contacted the sender about it ? As the sender hadn't told me, I had no clue and instead of apologizing they just kept on going that I should not have called and reported the issue as well as trying to blame me for sending the parcel to the wrong province... Let's see if it even arrives some day... Worst shipping company in South-East Asia, should avoid at any cost.
