Servicio deplorable
Hice el seguimiento en linea y al ver que el paquete venia antes y que no podían entregarlo me puse en contacto (via WhatsApp, porque por telefono no esta la opción para que alguien conteste) para pedirles que lo aventaran o lo dejaran con la vecina, pero me salieron con la chingadera de que no pueden contactar a los choferes que llevan los paquetes. NO MAMES!!!! y entonces mejor regresaron el paquete a China, porque no me encontraron y los inutiles no pueden contactar a los que distribuyen los paquetes. Qué clase de servicio es ese?
Repartidores no capacitados
Jamás volveré a comprar en TEMU por su porquería de paqueteria, no te resuelven dudas su repartidores no están calificados, dan datos incorrectos a quien recibe el paquete. Sobre todo son una tal Suzey a quien ni siquiera puedo identificar correctamente porque no hay registro de ella solo puedo decir que entrega en zona Sur de Puebla y es nefasta para entregar paquetes no está calificada para hacer entregas da los datos incorrectos del paquete y eso causa confusión a la hora de recibirlos.

I have issue with the seller and since the seller blocked me Idh choice but to chat with J&T CSR. I reported what happened and they give me proper expectations and reassurance. Then I received a message from them without clear instructions and di man lang nagpa Kilala si atii ko. Still in process pa rin Yung escalation team nila kahit 24hrs lang Yung sinet nilang proper expectations ☹️

Good day. Gusto ko ireklamo ang isa sa mga rider ninyo dito sa bacolod city branch si Medes Jonathan Dorad. Napa kabastos! Binabaan ako ng phone. Hindi mapakiusapan! Importante ang parcel na yun. This company is a disaster. Because of their mistake in entering my phone number, I can’t receive my package. The driver was incredibly rude and mocking my urgency. When I contacted support, no one spoke English or gave a clear answer. No follow up, no accountability. Never using them again.
Worst company ever
Worst company ever they keep giving my package to the wrong district driver and when I send them my location they say sorry we don’t deliver to your district and then I get a message that they couldn’t deliver my package because of no answer WTF! Tell now 6 different people had my package with them and asked for my location although I called j&t and told them stop giving my package to the wrong drivers and gave them the right one but here I am still getting these no answer messages while am actually answering them
Consistent and Reliable Courier
I’ve used J&T Express many times over the past 2 years, mostly for Shopee and Lazada orders. The delivery is usually fast, and I get real-time updates through SMS and the app. My packages always arrive in good condition, and the riders are polite. Very satisfied with their service.

I was very dissatisfied
I was very dissatisfied with my experience with J&T Express. I tried to update my phone number so the courier could contact me when arriving at my house, but reaching customer service was nearly impossible. Most of the phone numbers provided were either unavailable or directed me to call back later. I also sent an email, but after 48 hours, I still have not received a response.
When I finally managed to speak with a representative, they informed me that I needed to update my phone number through the merchant and that the change would only take effect on my next order. This solution does not help with my current delivery, which I have been waiting for.
I believe there should be a more efficient way to update contact information directly with the courier to avoid wasting both their time and mine. Overall, I am very unhappy with their service.

Well my experience with Jt express .my order from shien only part of my order I received. I would like to raise a concern regarding the service of one of your delivery riders, Hywell P., based in Irisan, Baguio City. Unfortunately, my experience with him has been consistently unprofessional and unhelpful.
During a recent delivery, I informed him that I was heading to town and requested that the parcel be delivered directly to my house, as someone was available to receive it. Despite this, he insisted that I personally receive the package and refused to leave it at my residence. I was surprised by his insistence, especially since my house is quite far from where we met. I had to rush back home just to leave the parcel.
To make matters worse, as I was heading back to town, I saw him delivering other parcels in the area, including addresses near my house. This indicates that he could have easily delivered my package as requested.
This is not the first time I’ve encountered issues with this rider. On several occasions, he has left parcels at a nearby store without informing or checking if anyone is home to receive them. This lack of communication and disregard for proper delivery procedures is unacceptable.
I hope appropriate action is taken to ensure better service in the future.

Es una porquería
Es una porquería. Deje de comprar en temu porque es la única mensajería que utilizan y tardan muchísimo tiempo o te roban los paquetes. Además luego dicen que no estuviste y por eso no hubo entrega cuando siempre hay vigilantes en mi edificio que pueden recoger los paquetes.
