J&T Express has honestly been a complete disaster from start to finish. My package has been delayed for 7 days, sitting in my city with no progress at all. And instead of giving real updates, they started making excuses that I “rescheduled” the delivery — which I NEVER did.
To make it worse, they claimed the delivery driver “attempted to call me.”
Zero calls. Not a single missed call. Nothing.
They just lied to cover up their incompetence.
Customer service is absolutely pointless. No support, no solutions, no accountability. It feels like they don’t even know where the package is or what they’re doing.
Based on my experience, do NOT bother shipping anything with J&T Express.
Save yourself the stress — this has been the worst courier service I have ever dealt with, and I’ll never use them again.

Ordered 3 items on tokopedia in 3 deliveries. No items have been delivered by J&T. Tokopedia says delivered and a black photo is uploaded meaning they are not delivered and someone is faking the delivery. Very unprofessional

Hands Down the Worst
Made an order from Temu that arrived the next day. J&T had one job - just deliver the item to the customer. Not only did they get that part wrong, but the driver assigned to deliver my parcel was obviously deluded or not in his right state of mind. First, he whatsapps me to ask me for my location. I give it to him along with clear instructions (i literally took a pictures and used red tonmark exactly where to go). Then he asks again. I give it to him again. Then he shows up 6 hours later and says im outside - come pick up your package. I come outside and the guy just stands there onnhis phone. I say "hello? My package?" Je stands some more looking at his phone and says wait. I literally waited for 5 minutes while this guy scrolled through his feeds. I was so taken aback that I was like "yo!! My package!" This guy tjen jumps back into his van, reverses (tires skidding) and speeds away not even stopping for the speedbump while I stood by baffled. I called customer service and asked if someone else will be delivering my package and they assured me that someone would redeliver the package tomorrow. Of course, nobody showed up. I checked the status of my delivery online and it provided the number of the delivery man. I called him to ask if he would be coming by today and he asked me to send him my location. I did - yet another no show. So I called customer service and my call was received by someone who could barely speak two words of English. I asked where my order is, read out my tracking number to her several times over, and all she said was "today". I asked her to clarify if she meant i would be receiving my package today and she repeated "todayy". Well, today has come and gone and still no package. What a nightmare!

J&T is an indirect enabler of scammers. They deliver parcels containing items completely different from what was ordered. The scammer-seller sends a low-priced item instead of the item ordered. J&T then delivers this parcel and collects payment but refuses to return the parcel to the scammer-seller making them an indirect accomplice.

I wanted this delivery in the morning because I am working afternoon till late night and this delivery person he refused to come in the morning I called this delivery person every day and have sent so many Whatsup messages but no response and I informed Temu also about the bad customer service J@t delivery people, zero customer service. Fist I sorry for him to for what happened, he can communicate to me properly if there's a problem. I'm at work he can call me but he said when he calls me its automatically drop which is imposible due to some of my clients and to wo workers can call me this afternoon. please make some action to this.

El servicio es una reverenda porquería, en las oficinas de Huejutla, Hidalgo y Tantoyuca Veracruz, nunca entregan a domicilio, te hacen ir a sus instalaciones con horario de burócratas, entregaron mi paquete a alguien mas o lo perdieron y lo reportaron como que si se entrego y como reporte la incidencia, me dijeron de viva voz, que ya no me iban a entregar ningún paquete por sus tanates, lo peor es que Mercado Libre, Temu y otras tiendas, usan mucho este servicio para entregar productos.
Grossly incompetent
Delivery driver cannot find us so he claims I reject the parcel on three occasions. Given a number to phone to confirm or deny that this is true and I am put on to an automated system which tells me the parcel is out for delivery. Even J&T's own systems do not know what is happening so it is a miracle that anything gets delivered. This is three different parcels I have not received. One delivered to wrong place and two 'I have apparently rejected.'

I didn’t receive my parcel, but I eventually got a refund. However, I’m very disappointed with how J&T handled the situation. They allowed a rider with a known suspension history to return to work, and that same rider ended up stealing my parcel along with many others.
What’s even more unacceptable is that the other riders, who were not at fault, were asked to chip in money to cover the value of the stolen parcels and remittance since the thief rider can no longer be contacted. This is not a proper or fair way to handle such a serious issue.
Proper measures for the stolen items should be handled well by management, not passed on to innocent employees. While I appreciate that I received my refund, my trust in J&T has been completely lost. I hope the management takes accountability and ensures that incidents like this never happen again.
Refund schedule
The schedule for refund is for the convenience of the buyer, but you don't seem to comprehend that. So don't say that "Ba't pa ipapabukas?" because the schedule was intended for a reason. Nakakaabala po kayo, hindi lang po kayo ang nagwowork.

Honestly one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had in Qatar. Temu + J&T Express = delays, zero updates, and rude responses when you try to complain. No professionalism at all. If you’re thinking to order from Temu, be ready for frustration.

I ordered perishable items from Isabela to Manila, but it took three (3) weeks to arrive. By the time the goods were delivered, they were already completely damaged and unusable. Called/messaged customer service team multiple times but received the same generic response each time. Completely useless
