I have not received my parcel yet. However, when I checked the tracking information, it shows that the package has been delivered. I have tried calling your contact number several times, but no one is answering. Please look into this issue and let me know the status of my parcel as soon as possible.

Delivery was fast. Product came with no damage. Sometimes the box had dents or the rider would try to call at all, would only text and would mark the item for return after only 1 try.

Hello I would like to report a rider from Puerto Puerto princesa city Palawan Brgy Iwahig Sitio Bucana. Cinancel nya yung dalawang ordered parcel ko without my permission, he didn't even make a call to ask me if kukunin ko yung parcel or not yet he cancel it himself. I really need that order Kasi matagal Kong inantay pero cinancel nya lang ng kusa and take note! That's not the first time na ginawa nya yan! Please do the action para Hindi nya na ulitin yung ganyan! Thankyou.

I went to the J&T BS Aquino, Bagong Nayon, Baliuag, Bulacan Branch to send back a return merchandise that my wife
bought. Unfortunately I didn’t know that I have to do the transaction through the J&T app. But fortunately Nico, the one manning the place was super helpful. After I down loaded the app, snother hurdle again as I forgot my Google password. And true to his helpful ways Nico readily offered to use his own celphone and we finally finished the 75-peso transaction. But for Nico he treated it like amillion one.
Nico keep this attitude up wherever you go as it will take you far.

I sent a parcel from Manila to Batangas. However, the delivery driver called the consignee and told them to pick it up in Santa Rosa, Laguna, which is only about halfway to the intended destination. Will never use this courier again.

How is this company in existence?? Pathetic!! Sent money through this company!!! Will NEVER do it again!! At least 4 Pathetic store locations did not have any cash on hand!! Sending money and than the person cannot pick it up is FRAUD!!!! HOW MANY HAVE BEEN FRAUDULENTLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS COMPANY??? DO NOT USE IT, LOSS IT FROM YOUR CONTACTS!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!

My order has been ordered way back January 12, expected to be delivered on January 22, now they extended it to February 2. My parcel is in the same sorting place for the past 6 days!

I'd like to report Mr. Eirwengs O. Tablada. Due to lack of respect to their response to me and unproffesional reply. Next time hire a rider with pleasing personality and following the delivery time or date. Thank you

Absolutely hate this courier service. Once shein started delivering through j and t and I hate recieving the order. The customer service is terrible so is the delivery person attitude

Received email from Zalora that my package will be delivered today (Dec 18). Called the delivery agent, keeps ringing no answer and they put PROBLEMATIC CALL in update! Been calling the service for 2 days straight and no answer. When agent was contacted in SUNDAY, told he cant deliver since its his DAY-OFF! Then why send a message that delivery is today (Sunday)! the next day (Dec 22) parcel was unsuccessfully delivered to be returned to sender. Stop using this courier service if ever there are sellers here. VERY UNRELIABLE.

Absolutely terrible service.
They claimed they attempted to deliver my package and that I refused to pay, which is completely false. I was home all day, never received a phone call, and never refused anything.

Within the same hour, they decided to return the package. I tried calling customer service multiple times calls were either hung up on or went unanswered. The call screening system leaves you with no way to reach anyone.

Now my package is being returned, and I’m forced to place a new order because of this company’s incompetence. Completely unacceptable.

All delivery men are arrogant because no one can complain about their arrogant delivery men. They have no customer service for their arrogant delivery men.

Parcel was supposed to be received yesterday, but they returned the parcel saying they tried but could not contact. In fact it rang only once the time I was about to attend it got disconnected. furthermore there is no scope for me to contact n talk to any courier official. Another bullshit remark "no safe place to keep the parcel"..I have mentioned to place at the door of my flat. it is safe. I have already paid the full amount for the purchase from Temu. Worst of the worst kind of service. in complaint section after writing all details spending 10 minutes , a common disply comes "Oops could not register your complaint". So simply to say if your luck is good you may get your parcel else better to forget

Expecting a parcel to arrived but instead of receiving it became a returned parcel..... they said they can not contact the recipient phone number with their 6 SECONDS & 0 SECONDS ringing duration... ridiculous calling time. And it didn't even appear on the phone that there is a caller on these 3 days. Common sense, the address won't go elsewhere if they can't call you, they can use google to locate the address written....

El repartidor falsificó mi firma y reportó una falsa entrega. El envío no fue entregado.

Terrible servicio, Compré un producto en línea y durante cuatro días el rastreo mostraba que el repartidor venía hacia mi domicilio, pero nunca llegó. Después de todo ese tiempo, me llamaron para decirme que debía ir a recoger el paquete a una oficina que ni siquiera tiene que ver con mensajería, sino de vuelos y viajes.
Lo peor es que el paquete había llegado a ese lugar mucho antes, pero solo me avisaron tres días después. En resumen pésima organización, mala comunicación y cero cumplimiento con la entrega a domicilio. Y por alguna razón la mayoría de pedidos los trae esta empresa. No lo recomiendo para nada
