After extensive research and conversations with fellow travellers, I’m more than pleased to confirm that July truly stands out as the ultimate choice for Carry On cases especially paired with the backpack, which makes weekly long-distance travel a breeze. I’m quite particular when it comes to personal items and only go for the highest quality. If you’re reading this and still on the fence, don’t hesitate add these items to your cart. :)

You’re not allowed to speak to anyone. I have submitted customer service claims for broken parts, which occurs every single trip. They repair the luggage, bottom line. I’m afraid to take the luggage to Europe, which is why I bought them. This company can improve by firstly having someone that we can talk to live. They can improve their service if they use higher quality items so that there isn’t a breakage or damage every single trip. They must spend a fortune replacing parts. I’ve taken a two single flights with two pieces of luggage and each has two breakages that require either repair or replacement.

Great customer service! Attentive staff and knowledgeable and had luggage I wanted in store so I could use the luggage straight away.

Very poor quality. Bag looks like its been frequently used over 10 years after a few uses. Very fragile, paint come off, buckled and difficult to steer.

I contacted customer service who sent me one pair of wheels to replace myself. Bag has 4 wheels so not sure which to prioritise.. regretting this purchase and stupidly I bought a big luggage too.

Edit: I have tried contacting you on multiple occasions but the AI bots are so unhelpful to resolve the issue. Its horrible and so hard rolling the bag as its unsteady and tilts. Its quicker to carry it around then trying to roll it. Complete fraud! Beware of this company!

Giving July 2 stars for the aesthetics and looks of the lugagges. Expected way more quality for the price. The wheels are destroyed after one trip, same goes for their trunk cover that was on a pricy side and lasted only one trip, completely torn, destoryed.
They have quite good customer service and sent a replacement for my first lugagge that torn ( Yes , even the lugagge itself )
Will not purchase in the future

The suitcase has a habit of locking itself and there’s was no manual attached to address this issue

Purchased a checked trunk and carry on trunk.
Check trunk arrived looking like it had been used with a big white scuff down the front.
Approached business who advised not covered under warranty and that there is no expectation that product will arrive looking new. Waste of $645. I am off to consumer affairs.

The worst customer service and the products are not worth the money 😣

Love our July suitcases and the weekender bag I purchased in April they still look great after going through baggage handling five times - going to purchase a new carry on soon

Item has not arrived and company ignore all emails and live chats. Not a cheap item! Brought the item as a gift and now it looks like it won’t be here in time. Terrible customer service, do not waste your money with this company!

Took me 30 minutes to find the Karrinyup store phone number. Wanted to check if there were 2 suitcases in stock and called 5 times without an answer. Cant give them my money if I wanted to. Ordered Monos cases online and will just need to wait instead of collecting locally.

Luggage broke in public🥲

They charge a $29 handling fee for returns. Suitcase itself feels pretty unsubstantial. Would not trust it

Bought a checked expandable suitcase, scuffed after ONE trip - customer service shut down my complaint and has refused to post my review on their site. Really untrustworthy - SO disappointing from an australian-owned brand!

I purchased a Checked Plus Expandable suitcase 9 months ago. Used for 2 trips on the second trip the wheels broke. Put in a claim as it is life time warranty I haven't even had the product for 12 months and they are sending me new wheels for me to instal. The suitcase is now damaged due to the wheels breaking NO REPLACEMENT just wheels sent via post.
Never again will I buy this brand.

There are skid marks all over the suitcase and issues with the zipper after using it once on a flight. Unhelpful customer service. Avoid at all costs.

The luggage we received from July was clearly very used, covered in dings and scratches, so, appalled at what they sent us, we requested a return. We sent them pictures and video of its condition before shipping it back to them. 2 weeks later, we received an email denying our return because the luggage was clearly used... Well, yeah duh that's why we returned it, you sent us used luggage! Their awful customer service agent refused to believe this was the condition that we received the luggage in and accused us of using the luggage! They refused to accept they made a mistake. They told us we had to pay 50% of the refund or take the used luggage back. What a scam company. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. Seriously.

Honestly, great customer service. The zip broke and my suitcase got replaced within 4 days of emailing them. Friendly, responsive, and stuck to their life long warranty promise.

I wish I had seen the Trustpilot reviews before ordering 4 suitcases from July. After spending over $1,200 on two carryons and two checked bags, we realized on the FIRST bag we went to use on the FIRST trip had a defective zipper that was very obviously never installed correctly. There is quite evidently NO quality control on these suitcases. Furthermore, trying to get it resolved is just as disappointing and frustrating. Having reliable, secure luggage for international travel is a big deal. Do NOT trust July luggage with your belongings or money. Shop elsewhere.
