I ordered for hair bun and I was being discouraged by people that the product are always bad and synthetic
But when I got it
It was full and dark and of great quality
It also arrived early
Keep it up with your good service

I am really disappointed about this service. I ordered an Ipad case and when it came it was not the one I ordered. When I went back to the site it showed me that the one they sent is 1000 shillings less than the one I initially ordered. I have used Jumia before and this is the first time that I have been disapointed. I shall be ordering my items from elsewhere from now henceforth. Very disappointed

it is a wonderful experience ..buying from jumia,,stressfree purchace. i ordered for a product although it did not get to me on the approved date. the agent called to explain politely and it was delivered the next day.i would definitely make mor purchases...i even got a discount(smile)

Site has become a little harder to use especially in the mobile section, The filters used to optimize searches are no longer availabe or don't appear i dont know why. Such as RAM and ROM Capacities, Battery Capacity, Kindly include this to better Customer experience

This is my worst experiencewith jumia. Promising to deliver the product and cancelling without any contact. The distrubtion hub handling delivery for VI lagos should be reviwed as there are engage in frudulent activities. They Put in a wronng number of non exisisting agent deliberately so as not to complain or reach them for delivery concern.My delivery was delayedf or days it very bad

Jumia you are actually the worst!!! I ordered a hp 15.6 silver laptop you delivered a white 14 inch, a made in China, in Chinese language i can't understand anything and to make matters worse it's fake it's not even an original hp😭, it has a hissing sound, the bluetooth headset it's not even working, I try to call and you can't even pick my calls. I wouldn't recommend jumia at all.

Not great quality products, but its ok

Lots of poor quality products especially in fashion brands. Sellers are not moderated. It is annoying to know that product sent to my friend from this company is so useless.

Jumia is simply the BEST! Their prices are absolutely AFFORDABLE and their services are RELIABLE.

Poor customer service. It took them forever to pick up the calls as if they are trying to make money for my network provider. Upon pick up, the agent wasn't so helpful and very dismissive. Would not recommend Jumia and wouldn't order from them again.

You don't even deserve a single star, you are the worst online shopping company I have experienced, I did shopping worth almost 10k, as a gift and surprise to my mum, including 3ply surgical mask that you are selling 6k just to reap pple's pocket, am not complaining about the cash but the quality you delivered. 2ply, very cheap quality and you delivered very fast and dint deliver the rest of the groceries I had ordered. So annoying, frustrating and greedy.Taking advantage with this pandemic. If there was an option I would post for pple to see what you post and what you deliver.I will never recommend anyone

Bought an LG TV from them and it’s totally FAKE!

Jumia is the most useless online shopping platform I have ever used. I bought an item from jumia. It took them over 2weeks to deliver the product and when the product arrived, it was damaged. I requested a refund and returned the item since February 5th and until now (April 15), I have not seen any refund. The customer service keep telling me to send my order number and in the end, they won't use it to do anything. Jumia is a big scam. I will never shop with them again. I can't even express how angry I am.

I ordered a crutch to send to someone in Nyari. Obviously, this is something I needed and not just wanted. My order was to be delivered between April 11th - 13th. I kept checking the status of my order and got concerned when it was 'waiting to be shipped'. When I contacted them they now say my order will be delivered on April 20th.

So disappointing. Will not use Jumia again

The refund process had me sceptical but once I received the email that my refund was approved, it took me less than 10 minutes to get the money back into my account. Well done. I have since bought another product and am hoping that this time I will receive what I ordered.
All in all not a bad experience with regards to refunds.
