What a Wonderful Company
I purchased fabric vertical blinds. The product was beautifully crafted however having suffered a brain injury I mixed up the measurements with the measurements of the countertop. I was humiliated and in tears as I called to request help. The customer service representative was the most empathetic and helpful person. She reassured me, calmed me down and specially ordered the correct size for me. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much. My home looks beautiful now your customer service is impeccable 🙏

I recently fiddled with one of the louvres on my kitchen blind. The louvre broke away from the hanging bracket due to the plastic being rotted by the sun. Having not been impressed with local blind fitters and their prices I looked on line and found Just Blinds. I just want to say that I am really pleased with the made to measure rail supplied for my original louvres. Blind replaced at a very reasonable price and I am more than happy with the result. Colors on website a misrepresented and…

Colors on website a misrepresented and JustBlinds does not allow exchange for accurate color. Beware, website does not represent what you will get. I fully expect the usual fake contrite social response about how they will look into it but doubt anything will happen. Beware.
Update: Lynn has offered to remake the blinds for $160 which is what the extra insurance would cost. This still does not address the misrepresented color chips on the website. I understand variance in monitors and variance in a natural product but white vs red/brown is not variance. Perhaps the product base wood has changed since the color chips were taken but we should not have to pay extra insurance to cover this misrepresentation. Please correct the website.
Update: JustBlinds rejected my review on their website which contains the same information as here. Beware if you look at their reviews, they are selective on content. I guess you can't really be sure whether reviews are accurate or not.

This is the best way to view the colors to ensure they are just what you expect since all screens and monitors display color differently. Warning: blinds are not cut accurately!

I don't know how this company is in business. Please, heed my warning: when you order roller shades, they will be cut NARROWER than the width you specify. By over an inch! And the customer service reps have the gall to suggest that this is normal. Hm, no. Actually, when you order a product cut to a certain width, under normal situations, you'd expect to receive an item cut to that width. I mean, what? They will also refuse to remake or offer a refund. So, chargeback it is!

Poor quality, customer service hides from their responsibility

I have had their mini blinds on all my windows for a year or more.
Most of the ones used daily have failed and will no longer work. The plastic part that snaps on the square metal rod just slips. Not only does this keep them from working but they hang crooked and look like hell from the outside too. I emailed them with this... Crickets.

Nice blinds

Very happy with order. Initially told blinds would not arrive until September. However, they arrived within about two weeks. Nice surprise!! Sturdy and easy to install. Only complaint is the sample I received is different from the actual blind. Actual blinds have solid slats but the sample has faux wood grain. Prefer the faux wood grain but still happy with the blinds overall.

Very Happy customer

Ordered a solar shade for a large window. Really impressed insulation was a breeze and it sure has cooled down that west sun room. Got my order much faster than they estimated. Would definitely order again and recommend to friends and family.

poor quality

I ordered cellular shades in 5/2020 and was very happy with the product. I just reorder the same cellular shade 3/2021 and what I received this time is very cheap in comparison. The quality and design of the hardware is poor. The brackets bend and flex easily and no longer match. I called customer support and they said they are getting from a different manufacturer and the only thing they could do was to send me more of this poor quality hardware.

VERY poor Customer service

VERY poor Customer service. I helped my son order his new blinds for their home. We were very pleased with the price and selected. however the day we placed the order the sale persons (Cody) some how charge my sons card twice. We brought this to his attention before the sale was complete. Cody assured us that is would only be a pending charge and would fall off in no more than 48 hours. well it has been over 14 days and it is a full charge twice. (duplicate charge is 800.00) . My son & I have contacted the company over 10 times via phone and email.... without a resolutions. Every person we spoke with said they would call us back & email. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service.

This company should close.

Ordered blinds in June 2020. No updates whatsoever. After a month of waiting, I attempted to contact the company through every means necessary and never received an update. I never received the blinds and honestly forgot about them (I order a lot of blinds for rental properties and lost track). In late September I received an email that my blinds were "in production" and would ship in early December. Really??? Four months for an update and then two months to produce two sets of generic mini-blinds?!?

I've worked with many online blind companies and this is the worst experience ever. They don't respond to any communication, don't provide updates, and clearly have no ability to produce the product. Even if the delays are due to COVID, they should just close.

Much to my surprise when I received my…

Much to my surprise when I received my 4 outdoor blinds for a screened in porch that they were made in China! This was very disappointing to me as I like to support our American workers. Screws and other items very cheap so we figure we will be lucky if they last a season. Will be more careful when ordering online blinds and make sure I know where they are made. It took over a month and now I know why. Not because of COVID-19 but having to be shipped from China. So sorry I used this company.

They Don't Answer The Phone; 18 Hours On Hold Over 4 Days; Never Talked to a Person My roller shade arrived with the Pin end damaged and so can not be installed. I have called customer service 7 times over 4 days. After you're on hold for 3 Hours the system disconnects you and you have to call back. I have yet to talk to a person.

Lesson learned the hard way

I bought four cellular shades for my living room. One no longer raises. I called the company and I'm out of warranty AND a year after my purchase, they discontinued the shade, therefore they cannot offer me a replacement OR a repair kit. I thought I was buying their brand of shade. This shade is one of two that bookends my big picture window. I'd like them all to match and can't afford to replace them right now. So I'd think twice about ordering again from JustBlinds.com. I feel had I ordered from a more reputable company, I'd have options. Lesson learned too late.

I wish I would have read available reviews before I purchased their product. I didn't feel these blinds were cheaply priced. I am not happy with them! They seemed of good quality when we received them. As they are hanging, the vertical blinds are constantly falling down! How frustrating!! Not what I expected! Will not reorder from company in the future!
