Ordered my shoes on the 12th March and still waiting! Definitely don’t recommend this company

Do not order from this website! Goods are from China, take weeks to arrive, are really really poor quality and you have to return them to China at your own expense. It’s a rip off, don’t do it!!!

The company is not in London - it’s in china. It took about a month before the order arrived. Bought a pair of slip on loafers for them to arrive and look nothing like the did on the site. Asked how to return them as I shouldn’t be put out of pocket for returning something that’s not what I thought I was getting- and they offering me credit , or 30% refund to keep them ?! Or I can pay myself to return the order to CHINA. Stay clear of this make shift site that are clearly trying to lure customers in with their website. I’ve charged back with my bank as it’s not fair for me to pay the postage when I didn’t receive the correct item according to their site. Whats more as they never addressed once my complaint about the item looking different.

This company is a scam. You will get your order, about a month later as its made and shipped from China. I think a 5 year old blind child with no hands must have made the £50 shoes I bought as they are of really low quality. I sent the video of the shoes to Kate & Peter and they offered me a 30% credit on my account, why would I want to bough more sh*t?! Do yourself a favour and stop buying off social media as its never a good outcome. Could have bought better from the market.

Do not use this company! They are not in London - they are in China! The goods take weeks to arrive and if you wish to return them you have to pay postage back to China. A total con!

Do not use this company. The products delivered do not reflect the pictures on the page. Delivery is in the region of 3weeks. On their site they advise delivery is via Royal Mail, no mention of China. Has you questioning why it takes 3 weeks particular as the company suggests they re based in London.
Since delivery I have been trying to return, followed the process, contacted them via email as soon as I’d received them but all they seem to want to do is offer part refund and keep shoes. I don’t want to keep them, I will not wear them they are very poor quality and do not reflect the pictures advertised. Although return cost is my responsibility they are reluctant in giving me the return address to look at the costs. They do want customers to return products. The money back guarantee means nothing! Despite several email exchanges I am still awaiting details of where I am to return them to after asking several times.

The shoes I bought took 2 weeks to ship - from China as it turns out. The quality is poor and the fit non UK standard. I now need to return the good direct to their manufacturer in China at my own expense. This brand presents itself as London/British but the reality is clearly cheap imported Chinese tat.

I wish I had reviewed this company before ordering. The shoes are described as orthopedic but are Temu standard at best.

Sizes are wrong, quality is very poor and these are not worth £40 a pair.

The shipping is directly from China and you have to bear all return costs and fees. The online store is nothing but a clever front and it does not even exist in London!

This company is nothing but a shop front online made to look top quality but it's an absolute scam.

Make sure you raise this with your credit card company and they will refund you under section 75 of the consumer credit act.

I don’t have experience of the particular scam-sounding company but I would just like to say that after having my own experience with a similar scam company I managed to get my money back by reporting the fraudulent sale/ purchase to my bank explaining everything that had happened and that I have tried with the scam company (same ridiculous offers of 10-25-45% of purchase price back..) and they did the chasing of the money back. Good luck!!

Waited over 3 weeks. Cheap nasty avoid..

Disappointed - I awaited my purchase well over the expected delivery period, as advertised by KatePeterLondon - the items are cheaply made and come from China there are no tags or labels or stickers on the items either and packed in a cheap plastic bag - the website is misleading and I am unsure if it is a genuine website - I am yet to find out if returning the items is easy or not - I would not recommend this website or company at all - expensive prices for cheaply made goods
