KCOM have had really good communication with us from the start, and I have had the opportunity to ask questions throughout the whole process. On installation day, Blake and Ellis came at 8am promptly, and they were polite and communicative throughout the process. They clearly explained the steps and what they were doing. They gave us different options so that we could optimise our Internet speed, including wiring it into our gaming room. They explained and showed us the app and let us know any next steps we needed to follow. Very impressed with the efficiency and customer service. Both of them were friendly, polite, easy to talk to, and professional.

As per my previous review, KCOM customer services are appalling. Everyone is very professional and friendly on the phone but then they promise you they’ll solve your problem and then don’t. No one takes any responsibility for anything you are just passed from department to department. It is now 14th May and not had a phone line for 6 weeks.

I want to cancel my contract but they are telling me I have to pay a termination fee, even though they have not fulfilled their side of the contract and provide me with a working phone line.

People of Hull and East Yorkshire, do not join KCOM, go elsewhere to a company that values your custom.

KCOM market themselves as a local, reliable company - approachable, 'support local' vibe. But they do not deliver this. Helpful advisors but the company ethics are lacking and all about making money in line with the larger providers. Service does not deliver at all. Won't provide services and charge horrendous fees.

Wow what great service I’ve had today! Blake and Ellis came at 11.45 and we’re still here working til 8pm! They never stopped all day! Did a great job, had to do a lot of digging , but left the drive looking great! You are both a credit to the company, thank you

The engineers appeared earlier than expected and carried out the installation smoothly and without any problems. I am very happy with the speed of the broadband and the price, which is a lot less than my previous supplier. I am happy that technical and customer support is local to me.

Ellis & Blake worked friendly & efficiently whilst changing our internet over to fibre. They had to dig through the front lawn to be able to lay the cable but everything was put back and you can barely see where they had dug - no complaints at all .. Thank you

Ellis and Blake have just upgraded our internet. They were brilliant dealing with non tech savvy people. Polite, helpful and professional. We would recommend all aspects of Kcom.

Very easy to set up, very quick and informative!

Great customer service at a competitive price. Having just moved into the KCOM area, the experience was so much better than any interaction I’ve ever had with BT/EE.

We have been wanting fibre broadband for sometime now and decided to go with Kcom. I rang them and got a quick answer and a very helpful young man. Fibre is ordered for the end of the month. All taken care of. There was no sales pressure. Would certainly recommend them thus far.

Used the call back service provided and received the call in less than 5 minutes, whole process of ordering my internet package was simple and efficient. The person on the other end of the phone was informative, friendly and courteous.

Ellis and Blake wre very helpful being in my 70s i am not great with technology they were patient and helpful. They wre efficient and cleared everything you wouldn't have known they had been.

Quick friendly outcome to my request for change of package

Just switched to Kcom whole process was a breeze and kept well informed all the way cheaper prices for the same package as I had with BT/EE

The guys that came and installed the new ultra fast boardband were awesome and very helpfull
