I placed an order back on 1/11/25 and have not yet received my item or any response about when the item would arrive. I went back to the order page and now that page doesn't exist.I have emailed several times about a refund without any response. I wish I would have read the reviews ahead of time. This is poor business ethics. People work hard for their money and don't deserve to have it stolen from them. Please do not place an order with this company. They will take your money but you will not receive your items nor a refund. A scam indeed.

Orders placed since October 2024. No clothes, no refund. CEO made this big announcement regarding supply and that refunds would be initiated. Despite numerous emails, still nothing. Until this is resolved, please avoid. A shame because I love their clothes.

This company is HORRIBLE PLEASE Do Not Order from this company. I placed an order on December 28th which totally about $200 dollars. I reached out to them several times and the response I got was your order is on the way. I received my order, but, I only received 1 out of 4 items. So Basically they LIED about my order being on way. Don’t know why they just didn’t tell me that 1 out of 4 of your items have been shipped.
As of today, January 30 still have not received the remaining items.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! So once again I’m advising you DO NOT ORDER from this Company!!!!

I placed an order on 11/13/24 and never got my items but was promised a refund and never got that either, I was told the money would be refunded still no refund as of 1/29/25 and I hate this because I shopped with them a few times. I also have been emailing them twice a week no reply since 11.20.24

They take your order, take your money, then claim that you cancel the order. They don't return your money. There is no way to connect with them. The give you a number to text for help, but they never return your message.
How are they getting away with this?

Avoid them they are scamming people i have been told that the jacket didn’t pass quality check and that they will refund me on December still haven’t received my money and they would never respond through all their platforms

Kelly Obi is one of my favorite places to shop! I have some of the most unique articles of clothing that I have purchased from them…always a conversation starter. I ordered some items in November and they didn’t come. I reached out to customer care and I didn’t receive a response. Then the CEO issued an apology for the lack of communication and my money was refunded. I was grateful for the communication. I recently purchased the same items and only one item has arrived. I’ve emailed customer care and I’m looking forward to a response and the issue being resolved quickly. The clothes are of great quality and I pray the issues they had in the latter part of 2024 have been resolved. I look forward to being able to continue to support a minority owned business that operates in integrity & excellence!

I placed two orders back in November and was told that the money would be refunded due to technical issues at their warehouse. I have not received my products or my refund and the company will not respond to emails they are canceling my request with my bank about returning my money after they said they would. Do not purchase from this company.

Why have I only been refunded £56 when my order total was £134.40 GBP - which i paid in full in Dec 2024?
You also still owe me 50% refund from my first order YOU cancelled.
Please action FULL refund ASAP.

THEY'RE A SCAM!! They shouldn't get "1" star. Ordered in November and did not receive my order.
yet. After several attempts to reach the company, but to no avail, I contacted my credit card company to report my lost money and placed a complaint. I will be credited in 5 business days.

I see I am not the only one that has been robbed by this company. I placed 2 orders in November totaling over $200, I got an email stating they cancelled my order due to a fire and they’d refund me. I have not gotten any merchandise nor a refund. I have emailed them numerous times and they will not respond. They’re lying to my bank saying they provided my items, so my bank is giving me a hard time. I have posted on their FB page…no response!

I regret ordering from this company, especially after spending over $250 based on a recommendation. The experience has been incredibly disappointing. It took over a month to ship my order, and when I reached out about the delay, they offered $25 as compensation—but that hardly made up for what followed.

When my items finally arrived, the quality and accuracy were unacceptable. The jacket I received had no buttons, and no tags, the red tights smelled strongly of fish, and instead of the jacket I ordered, they sent me a completely different one. I’ve emailed the company three times to resolve these issues, but they have yet to respond.

This entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening. This lack of professionalism and care makes it hard to recommend them to anyone.

Kelly Obi deserves a Zero rating. They cancelled my orders and did not refund my money. I am talking with my credit card company and BBB to have my money refunded.

They cancelled my order and said they refunded me but I never got the money back $126.00 they didn't answer texts or emails.

It’s unfortunate that there isn’t a negative star rating because 1 star is too many for the piss poor fraudulent service of this company! I placed my order on 11/15/24 and still no merchandise or refund. The useless and rogue emails are a joke. ‘Y order number is 59397. I’ve emailed them numerous times and no response…just automated fluff!! I just want my refund and I’ll never support them ever again!

The phone number listed don’t work. I ordered 2 weeks ago before I read these reviews.I haven’t heard anything

I placed an order 11/23/2024, my wife wanted a jacket and showed me the Kelly Obi website to order from. I sent an email requesting the status of my order a week before Christmas. I attempted to go back on the website and it was down and suggested a "sister" website. I filed a BBB report with no response. I received an email 12/28/2024 from Kelly Obi stating there was a warehouse fire and that all orders from 10/24/24 to 12/27/24 had been cancelled and that returns would be issued. It is now 1/15/25 and I still haven't received a refund but their website is back up and my order shows as cancelled. They are a scam so BEWARE! I have all emails as proof and will provide for anyone thinking of purchasing ANYTHING from them. Their clothes look nice and their prices are amazing, however, you likely won't receive the products you see on their website, or ANYTHING at all.

Don’t order from them, order never been delivered they just thieves your money smh!!!
