16.8.26 - Since late April this year my 10 year old, puppy farm rescue dog has been very sick - she is currently a patient admitted to the Small Animal Specialist Hospital. Knose staff have been outstanding in their support. As any pet owner knows when your precious one is seriously sick the very last thing you need is the additional worry about "how am I ever going to afford that". Knose Pet Insurance are usually quick to process claims and we are happy wth our choice of cover for 90% cover of costs.

However Knose do not offer gap payment facility like many other companies, which means we have to pay the account, claim by submitting copies of receipts, then wait for the deposit of the claim funds.

This insurance company has more than doubled the insurance premium twice now in 5 years.

Further their PDS is vague and allows for interpretation, which has resulted in additional delays IF they choose to cover.
