Fast and reliable, with lovely customer service if you need it. I've needed it in the past when we first joined with our new puppy (and they were lovely), but my most recent claim was processed so fast I was actually surprised. Faster than any health or other insurers I've ever dealt with. Thanks Knose. :)

Very easy to deal with, and Knose took care of everything. All we needed to do was submit the invoice from the VET and fill out a form. Knose communicated with the VET for the relevant information.
Knose also kept us up to date with the progress.

I only joined Knose in April never expecting to claim so soon. Unfortunately my Frenchie broke her leg, chasing birds in the garden. Straight to SASH for an operation for screws and pins in her leg. I was so stressed but Knose were so good and without any drama compensated her costs. Thank you for making it so easy.

Quick and easy. Simple process.

First time insured with Knose, and not sure exactly what to expect, when the time came to make a substantial claim. The whole process was the most painless procedure, in trying to get things done online. Knose staff were courteous, professional and understanding, as usually this is all being handled under duress by the pet owner. The procedure was easy ,logical and very efficient. Knose paid what was stated as per my expectations in the policy, in a very timely fashion. Would highly recommend to all pet owners.

The new website makes lodging claims a breeze and uploading and submitting the claim took less than 5 minutes. After contacting the vet to forward their case notes, our recent claim was paid in less than 24 hours after the vets visit by us and our Labrador, Mikasa

After my policy auto renewed for another year, their system failed to link my pet's existing account history to the new term ( 3 years of history)
Because of this internal IT glitch, knose is now treating my pet's chronic condition as a brand new condition. They are delaying my claim payments and forcing duplicate documents to prove a condition knose has already been covering.
Auto renewing a policy should mean seamless continuity of care not resetting the clock on established history.
Very disappointed with Knose's unreliable coverage.
A stressful and time consuming ordeal.

This issue has now been resolved. While the initial customer service loop and generic online response were frustrating, they did eventually fix the connection between my history and the insurance renewal.

Knose has always been there for my little girl and I. She is a vet frequent flyer unfortunately, but Knose have always been supportive of her care. Some payments are received less than 24 hours and some take a few days (mainly awaiting clinical notes to be sent to them). They've provided the best care. Thank you

So far Knose has been very good at refunding all the Vet bills that we are having with our beautiful Schnauzer Abby. I am very pleased with the service.

Very easy to add a claim and response time is great

Knose has approved every claim I have made without any question or problem. Always with a smile and happy to help.

They can sometimes take a couple of weeks but it’s worth it because they are so good with their reimbursements. I couldn’t be a pet owner without the genuine peace of mind Knose has provided when our dogs have been sick.

Knose has always been good with their claims. Our Cavapoo has ongoing tummy issues leading to emergency visits and Knose has always been quick with the processing of our claims and refunds. We have been with them for 4 years now. Never had a reason to switch

Throughout Stanley’s lymphoma diagnosis, Knosehave been excellent to deal with. Claims were processed efficiently, communication was clear, and any questions were answered promptly.
