Submitting insurance claims are very easy, and team is responsive to queries, and proactive with status updates on claims.

Good communication fast resolution of claims

Reimbursement of claim was quick and easy. So far I haven't encountered any reason to look elsewhere.

Although it took a while, we got there in the end. The claim took a little while to be processed, but the service I received while on the phone with staff and the refund I received was excellent.

Easy on line claims process

DONT DO IT… you will REGRET IT.
After one year it went up about $50 and it was already the most expensive quite out of all the companies, so obviously I couldn’t justify that so I changed my policy from zero excess and paid $200 excess.
The increase is astronomical EVERY YR!
My dog is only 5 and we are paying $135, so by the time she’s older and really needs we probably won’t even be able to afford it.
Oh and they take FOREVER to process claims which is not great when your paying top dollar!
SO WISH I HAD GONE ELSE WHERE.
It literally stresses me out EVERY YR WONDERING HOW MICH MORE MONEY THEYRE GONNA WANT!

Knose had provided regular contact with me throughout and has provided good cover for my adult rescue cat. I researched many insurers before I chose Knose and would choose them again for any future pet insurance.

Affordable premiums. My claim was processed quickly and was handled professionally. It was also nice that they send their best wishes for my pet whilst he was in recovery.

We have been with Knose for many years and will never move. They are so great to deal with and so supportive when we had our very sick dog Beau in emergency care. I trust these guys with our pooches lives.

Worst company ive ever had to deal with, ive had 14 claims and 14 times ive had to spend at least 40 minutes chasing my refund. They come up with all the excuses under the sun its a joke. Then they guarantee you it won't happen again but it does EVERY SINGLE TIME. Do yourself a favour and do not insure your pet with this lot you will spend half your life chasing your money.

Our situation was considerably complex and it was a huge relief when Knose honoured our insurance claim when only being with them in such a short period of time.
