Koveproperties Reviews

My experience with Kove has been first class from start to finish. Kove have a terrific partner in NGU who handled all the refurbishments on behalf of Kove, and also have a letting team to help me get a tenant in. If you're looking to buy in the North east, look no further than Dan and his team. Shout out to Nasser, Dan, Monica, Chris, Katie and Annelise and anyone else I've forgotten! You're a great team!

I contacted Kove Properties for a buy-to-let (BTL) property option. Vona has guided me through the initial onboarding stages. Vona organized strategic meetings with various team members, which streamlined my onboarding process. Vona's efficiency and attention to detail have significantly improved my experience as a new client. Excellent work Vona!

My experience of Kove has been great, especially want to mention Marron, anytime I've had questions he's been there to help. He has been really thorough guiding me through the property process. Would highly recommend!

This is my first purchase with Kove.
Marron has looked after me from finding the deals and matching them to my criteria. He has always been very responsive and very helpful. Thanks Marron!

We worked on a transaction which involved the case handler named Angel from kove properties. They were very helpful and assisted us well.

So far great experience working with Kove and particularly Marron who's set everything up - super responsive, proactive and does everything he says he will do. Thank you for all your help so far. It's been a quick process, very clear and informative and looking forward to completing my first property and going again!

I am in the process of purchasing my first investment property with Kove. Marron was excellent in obtaining a great portfolio of properties, with detailed information pertaining to each property. This was a great aid in choosing which property would be the best one to opt for. Marron kept me informed throughout, whilst always being available to answer any queries. Very happy with the overall customer service delivered by Marron and the rest of the team at KOVE so far!

I've had a great experience working with KOVE and would highly recommend them! I am not fully through my transaction yet so I'm giving 4 stars - will update once my experience is completed.

However, so far, so good!

What they do well:
- Sourcing deals - this is what we hired them for! And it was great to get deals from the very start and have support along the way understanding various markets, properties, etc.

- Great, responsive team (shoutout Marron and Angel) that is keeping me updated, moving things forward, and supporting when needed

- End to end property investing management: Connected us to BTL company setup partner (GetGround); broker; solicitor; surveyors, etc. and supported along the way.

All of this would have been extremely time-consuming and very very difficult to arrange from my base in London, so it's very much worth the fee, especially as a first-time buyer.

This is my first purchase with Kove. I dealt with Marron at the beginning of my purchase. Marron was always readily available to ask any questions and explain everything to me. Also always replied very quickly. Cant complain

I am in the process of purchasing my first investment property with Kove properties. The whole process has been very organised and my initial dealing with Marron and the team have been excellent and thorough. I am now with the sales team to conclude my sale and am looking forward to my new property next year.

The Kove team are incredibly fast and efficient. Marron looked after us and was always available with swift responses and reassurances. They are very reliant and set out to complete the task in hand.

I worked with Marron who was very prompt in her communication and always available. Would definitely work with her again!

I have followed Kove for almost a year and found their dedication, information and support very encouraging. They have good market knowledge and experience. Dan, Jeremy, Vona, Vic and Chris were extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. I like that they have set good standards in their projects. Kove also maintains a good level of follow-up for improvements and maintenance.

I mainly dealt with Angel who kept me up-to-date with progress at all times and was always available to speak with if I had any questions. Would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.

Worked with Marron and his wider team from Kove. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the area he covers in the North East and secured a great deal very swiftly for my personal situation and investment horizon.

This is the first property I have ever bought, so I didn’t really know all the steps needed to get to completion. Kove has really helped hold my hand all the way through and my situation isn’t the easiest as I live in China. Marron and Monica are great, they’ve helped push everything through and are always willing to help with any questions I’ve had. I’ve recommended Kove to my friends and plan on using them again to buy my second property. I’m still waiting to complete but everything is with the solicitors now, and Monica is helping chase them.

So far so good. We were apprehensive at first as this is our first venture into property acquisition. Within just a couple of weeks, we have identified a property, placed an offer, been outbid, offered several others to consider, chosen one and are well on the way to ownership and a residual income. It's been incredibly smooth. Marron and Carl were fantastic, not a day went by without comms. We hope the rest of our journey is just a smooth.

Just started my journey with Kove. Vona has been so helpful answering any queries I had and always replied super quickly as well whilst getting everything on place to make a start. Dans catch up meetings and advice were vital and helpful in laying out what Kove does but also advising around mortgages, saving and limited company set up too. Excited for the next steps and clearly a team of professionals who are passionate about what they do.

Worked with Angel on a recent property purchase her client was purchasing through ourselves at Springbok Properties. Angels customer service goes above and beyond. Nothing was ever an issue for her and she was always on hand to help chase the solicitors and push where needed. Thank you Angel for all of your help throughout

My overall experience has been very good with Kove and they have been very accommodating with any issues I raised and Dan was always on hand to answer any questions and make time for a call which is rather refreshing for places like this to actually be able to deal with and speak to the owners. Would recommend Kove properties as they make it easy to become that property mogul everyone wants to be.
