Koveproperties Reviews

Just bought my first investment property with the Kove team and they, particularly Marron and Monica, were very helpful, holding my hand throughout. Great service! Thanks guys

Now onto my 4th purchase with these guys. As I'm based abroad mostly, their service is perfect for me. Reccomended!

Had a fantastic experience using Koves services, Angel in particular has been very helpful and informative throughout the whole process.

This was my first property I was ever buying and the whole process was made easy by Kove so put me at ease. They explained each step, the process was smooth and whilst I work on a boat abroad being able to contact people via WhatsApp with quick replies made the process super simple and each person I dealt with was always very helpful.

Had an initial call on 30th July which went well , all questions answered. Lots of great information to think about! Thank you.

The call with Kishen went very well. He was friendly and helpful, providing valuable advice. I will definitely get back in touch once I have the amount ready for investment. Overall, it was a great experience!

Highly recommend Dan and Jez , Kish and the team. I’ve used Kove a couple of times now been working with them since 2022. Most recently completed on a property in Blyth. They handle everything from finding the property and the analysis to project management and letting. They are always there to help and I would recommend Kove to anyone wanting a hands off investment

My experience has been very positive with Kove and team. With work it’s just not possible for me to find and view these properties myself so Kove was a perfect fit. They have been a few hiccups with delays but completely out of Koves control. They have been communicative and always there to solve issues I would definitely use again.

I want to specifically thank Nasser the project manager. He has been a godsend dealing the survey and refurbishment. The whole process has been seamless, at each stage I have videos explaining what will happen, I have clear points of contact if I need anything. Most importantly I’ve been handholds through the whole process. Best company I’ve dealt with in this field by far. My plan is to buy one property a year and I plan to use Kove to buy again next year. If your looking for a hands off solution these are your guys

If you're looking for a 'hands-off' property investment in North-East England then i cannot recommend Kove enough!!
I've had dealings with Dan, Jez, Vona, Monica & Maria & they have all been great. They are very knowledgeable about property & the North-East but more importantly they are honest & transparent.
They have sourced properties to my requirements & the communication has been constant, seamless & easy. Thank you Kove...keep doing what you are doing & I'll be back in touch again.

You hear a lot of advice online about getting into property but Kove are able to translate that into actionable steps. Dan has provided great advice on how to structure my residential mortgage to be able to refinance based on equity, I will be using them to source my first buy-to-let and later serviced accom.

I have worked with Jez and Dan for last few years having invested in one of their projects and they have sourced two deals for me. They have managed every aspect of a number of our deals including sourcing, refurb and the renting out. We decided to put a mortgage on one of our properties so they very helpfully arranged for us to go with their broker to sort this. They are always very helpful and great to deal with.

I am a professional corporate investor to this day but when I decided to start building my own property portfolio it was almost 2x years before I met another investor operating in the smaller scale single family home side of things (where many of us start out) who actually understood the economics, the asset, the contracts, the counterparties & regulations involved cradle to the grave.

I have worked with Kove on a number of projects now and hope to get the opportunity to continue working with them in the future.

Very knowledge, genuine, easy going guys.

Feel free to reach out to me for a detailed reference

This is my 4th time engaging KOVE Properties to find me a property in the North East. Once again, the team from KOVE have delivered. I have 2 year old so it suits me to leave the hard work to the professional. They've been a great help from start to finish. Thank you again!

Kove are great. Dan is a genuine, down-to-earth guy who takes the time to personally chat with you in regard to what you want to achieve in property. He outlines your options and offers advice on which strategy is right for you, and how Kove can help. No pressure or hard sell.

Importantly, they know their stuff with property and know every aspect of it inside out so you know you're in safe (and trusted) hands.

Once onboard, I had a direct line to the team via WhatsApp where they would share all info and I could ask any questions.

Overall you feel like you're working with real, friendly people rather than some big faceless company which is hugely reassuring. I would definitely recommend Dan and the team at Kove.

I had the pleasure of working with Dan from Kove a few years ago, and it was a great experience. From the initial deal, their professionalism and expertise in the property investment field were evident. What stood out most, however, was the personalised attention I received from Dan. It's not often you find a company where a founding member personally keeps in touch, ensuring customer satisfaction and offering ongoing support. Dan's commitment to maintaining a relationship with his clients is commendable and showcases the company's dedication to exceptional service. Their approach to property investment is both professional and genuinely client-focused, making them a reliable and trustworthy choice in the industry.

I did several calls with Daniel and he was very open to listen to my questions and most important that his answers were honest and changed my perspective in Real Estate investing. I really salute him for his work and team efforts.

My brief but eye opening encounter with Dan has been very enlightening.

I haven’t got a lot of experience with property and I know the risks involved if you do not have the knowledge. Paul was very knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process. I used koves solictor and broker and so far everything has been seamless. A professional team that seem to really care.

My brief but eye opening encounter with Dan has been very enlightening.
