Leaving one star but they don’t deserve any stars.
Please stay away from this company. I’ve been promised a free of charge disconnection since 1st April due to Kynex failing to deliver an iPad that they took £86 a month for, for 8 months. Apparently they are still in contact with the provider trying to sort this almost 3 months on!! March 2025 this all started. I very rarely write reviews but I strongly advise anyone to stay away from Kynex. They’re scandalous. Please do your research before you sign up with them.
(Kynex please don’t reply to make yourselves look good with lies saying you’re trying to sort it)

Poor experience
Poor experience - repeatedly. Unethical company who owe me money and are failing to honour an agreement. I have declined to receive phone calls but this is being ignored and I can only assume this is because the company is avoiding responding to my complaint in writing. I lost confidence in Kynex a long time ago. I cannot recommend them in any way and would suggest extreme caution.
Since posting I have been advised by the ICO that Kynex are in breach of GDPR regulations. I have also raised a complaint with 02 who are the network provider and are being discredited by association with Kynex.

My experience with Kynex has been…
My experience with Kynex has been extremely disappointing.
I believe this company relies heavily on phone calls rather than clear written communication by email, which made it difficult to fully understand the agreement before signing.
I originally had two mobile lines and was contacted with the promise that my monthly bill would be reduced. However, after agreeing to update my contract, two additional lines were added without my clear knowledge or informed consent.
As a result, my monthly payments increased from around £150 to approximately £300 per month instead of decreasing.
I feel that I was misled during the sales process. The additional lines have caused me significant financial pressure and a great deal of stress.
I am currently taking legal action to have these two additional lines cancelled and to resolve this dispute.
I would strongly advise anyone considering a contract with Kynex to request all details in writing by email and carefully review the agreement before accepting any changes.
