⚠️WARNING – Avoid this company ⚠️
I was mis-sold an O2 Small Business Unlimited Data plan by Kynex. During the sales call I was assured the cost would be £50/month fixed no extra charges mentioned. In reality, my bill has never been below £72 & then £79- £85 and is currently £90/month.
When I raised the issue the next day, I was wrongly told there was no cooling-off period. On the sales call I had specifically mentioned my right to cancel, and this was not denied. Later, both Vodafone and O2 confirmed that small business customers ARE entitled to cancellation rights, which I was denied.
Never received call recording where I was promised the specific price no more.

The contract terms read over the phone were rushed, confusing, and contradictory. For example, a 3-year contract should not apply to businesses with fewer than 10 employees — yet I was tied into 36 months.
This company’s practices are misleading and exploitative. I am now sick and tired constantly dealing with promises which are not delivere~I am pursuing them through the Small Claims Court and strongly advise others to avoid at all costs.

👉 Always check the small terms and conditions carefully — they pressure you to “sign” before you’ve even had the chance to properly review the contract.

Account and monthly costs are fine - but a misleading buy out clause, having to constantly chase and receiving false emails have led to no choice but to warn others to request full terms and conditions of buy out and device compatibility before starting

Kynex managed to find me an outstanding deal on a new phone and tariff, everything regarding the contract to the phone I chose was all explained very well, and there was no pushy sales manner with these guys..
Molly & shaq out performed and made the process of changing phone and tariff after quite some time very simple, I am pleased with all their work efforts today!

This company sounds attractive - new customer rebate for first year - but you are paying O2 (or other provider) and are locked in effectively to a three year rolling contract. The only way they will keep your bill at anything approaching the agreed rate (plus the usual O2 scam of RPI + 3.9%) at your annual review is if you agree to restart another 3 year contract. The early redemption penalties are basically the same price as staying in the contract so you don't have much choice here. I elected to pay the extra £89 per month after 1 year with the intention of riding it out until the end of another 2 years. Now after year 2 they are threatening to withdraw my Broadband unless I start another 3 year contract... Note they prey on small businesses knowing that they do not have the same 14 day cooling off period as personal consumers and then they enforce the contract.

Please be aware that this company keep you tied in to what is effectively a rolling 3 year contract. After your initial 'new customer' discount runs out they will only deliver the promised reduction in bill if you enter into a new 3 year contract. And if you don't do that then a year later (2 years in) they threaten to remove your broadband if you don't extend your mobile and broadband contract. Read every single word of your contract.

Jack was amazing today on phone and in fact new far more about esims than his previous colleagues, helped me fix the issue and stayed on the phone to confirm everything was perfect

The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to be involved with.

Over a year of excuses, broken promises and lies.

The only reason there is not more bad reviews is clear. After leaving a bad review after chasing £800 for a year I was told they would pay me once my review was taken down.

Avoid like the plague!

I was promised my bill would be around £15 per month after the New Customer Bonus. Instead, I am now paying £50 each month for a 😡SIM-only contract with no handset included. Nothing was handled properly from the start. 👎👎👎The promised monthly bonus payments were constantly delayed and only paid after endless chasing, complaints, emails, and phone calls. Every time I contacted them, I got different excuses and empty promises😡. I wasted over a year trying to get them to honour what was originally agreed.👎👎👎 I was also promised a tariff and price review in January, but nobody contacted me. When I finally chased them myself months later, the only option offered was locking me into another 😡36-month contract just to reduce the price slightly, while still increasing prices every April. The communication and customer service have been extremely poor throughout. Constant stress, constant chasing, and constant broken promises. I genuinely regret ever signing this contract. 👎👎👎👎👎

Even worse, Kynex is not registered with the Communications Ombudsman,😡😡 which leaves customers with very limited options when serious disputes happen. 👎👎👎👎👎👎
This has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any UK company. I would strongly advise anyone considering Kynex to stay away and read every detail carefully before signing anything. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I was updated to a iPhone 15 in pink( very happy),
Jake as always was happy and professional and explained everything in understandable language.
Murray on the finalisation of the contract asked me several times if I had understood everything.
It was overall another wonderful experience from Kynex

The transition to move network providers (to merge all of them together) was a very easy move! Abbie was very helpful and was speaking in a very happy bubbly manner.

Highly recommend this company.

My experience with Kynex has always been excellent. My most recent experience was with Shaq whose attention to my requirements was faultless. I am very happy with Kynex generally!

Abbie and Chloe were great today got my broadband sorted and I get a brilliant deal couldn’t appreciate them any more
