STAY AWAY FROM KYNEX . THEIR DECENT REVIEWS ARE BECAUSE THEY COERCE YOU INTO LEAVING A GOOD REVIEW WHILST YOURE ON THE PHONE TO THEM SIGNING UP TO TBE SUPPOSED AMAZING DEAL YOURE ABOUT TO GET ! IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THREE MONTHS FOR MY IPHONE 17 AND NO SIGN OF MY £212 pounds refund that they promised me for not delivering my hardware . My signal issues with 02 have been ongoing and kynex think it’s funny to ring me every day for weeks telling me that 02 havnt contacted them which I know because I’m dealing with them directly ! After telling them repeatedly and losing my cool with them they are on a daily basis ringing me / harassing me !I’ve never dealt with a disgusting company like this before , I’m now looking at taking legal action!

Kynex have tried to break a small business
I am small business that has put trust in Kynex. From that day every interaction has been stressful and Kynex has done nothing but cost my business customers and intern money. They ported my numbers before issuing the SIM cards. Which meant one full day no phone lines or mobile data. Hardware took 6 months to arrive. My business then required additional phone lines due to new business commitments. I advised Kynex senior sales executive that I require the sims within 10 days or I would have to go elsewhere. I was guaranteed in writing I would receive sims and hardware within 10 days. 7 days come and go. I start to get worried call Kynex and got messed about and mocked. Getting told “maybe they will come by the end of the week”. “They should come and they may come”. Day after day I chased the sims. Until the 20th day I sent an email instruction cancelling the order. The very next day the sims turn up with a postage mark showing sent the day before on a guaranteed next day service. I advised Kynex I was now already in contract elsewhere due to my business commitments as explained during the agreement call. I was laughed at told I would still be liable for the 36 month contract. Even though I had proof the sims was sent out after I had chased for 13 days and had canceled before they was even posted. Since then Kynex have taken large sums of money out of my account way above the figures discussed in the agreement. These figures are apparently VAT. Even though I had not been issued a VAT invoice or receipt. At this stage I asked the bank to cancel direct debits. Kynex use O2 and other supply chain members as fall guys for their unprofessional mismanagement. I have been kept on hold for nearly 2 hrs to discover that Kynex had closed and hr ago. They blame O2 but would never provide a contact for O2. When I eventually challenged the lack of email with O2 contact they had apparently sent multiple times. I turns out for this particular week there was a typo on my email address. 😂😂 Even though I was getting emails chasing payments the same time obviously the typo only affected the O2 contact details. When this email eventually arrived it was the wrong number. After eventually getting O2 contact myself I am hoping they can help me out of this nightmare. As the way Kynex are conducting themselves is only having a negative impact on O2. I have also witnessed my phone ring for a split second then get an email from Kynex to say they tried to make contact there was no answer. It is all text book time wasting and smoke screen tactics. The next step will be to start legal proceedings against Kynex unfortunately name O2 as co defendant. Due to Kynex using O2 as a blocker in the negotiations of cancelling the two sims that arrived after the agreed date.
