Ruby was really helpful and explained what the issue was with Vodafone asking me to pay bills. Unfortunately I am really unhappy because when I was asked to transfer to knex I was told I wud not have to do anything. Since then I have had to use my own money 💰 to buy out of v the contract which is ridiculous 😡

Dreadful company do not sign a contract with them, mis sold me an iPhone16 promised £20 per month customer bonus and that my phone would get sent out straight away, didn’t recieve the phone for 4 months, still had to pay the £135 a month they are charging me for it and they were useless helping. They ask customers to leave a 5 star review so they can get early leaves or use other excuses and also they say they will give you a free pair of AirPods if you do when signing up, I’m 19months in and haven’t got any AirPods yet, joke of a company ignore anything you say about setting things right and just scam you
