Lakeland Leather Reviews

Weekend bag arrived on time.
It was well packaged and smelt of lovely new leather when opened

I ordered on Friday and received order the following day. Absolutely marvellous turn around. Very pleased with my purchase the leather is good quality and very pleased with the fit. I went up one size so I could put jumpers underneath so pleased.

The holdall weekend bag is absolutely great for my needs it is very spacious inside, made a lovely soft leather and a rich black colour, delivery was as expected from the web site, and staff on phone lines where very helpful with my order

I am so pleased with my leather jacket. The quality and design are perfect for me and I’ve also bought the leather care kit . For true value for money Lakeland can’t be beaten and they have kept pace with the times in terms of contemporary styles. Just a shame that the number of retail stores has reduced. That’s modern day business pressures I guess. Long may Lakeland Leather go on.

Excellent service.
Goods arrived promptly and well packed.
My handbag is beautiful and very good quality. Great value for money.

It was easy to order. The only reason I never gave a 5 star was I received an email thanking me for “making another purchase”. This was my first purchase which then made me think I had accidentally ordered twice. I phoned your customer service for clarification who confirmed I had made one order. Why thank me for making “another” purchase.

i'm so very glad that i chose lakeland leather to buy my gloves, they are buttery soft leather, and fit excellent, the quality is fantastic, i would highly reccomend to others, and would definately buy again thank you.

The bags arrived in good time and are a lovely leather, they seem to be well made and hopefully will last a long time.

The tote bag would have benefited from a slightly longer strap because although it says it can be worn across the body it is too close under the arm and would restrict what you wanted to put in to it.

When trying to register the bags online for the guarantee, a product code is required, I looked at my invoice, there is no product code listed. The attached labels had at least three sets of numbers but none stated product code and without the product code I couldn’t register them. I now have to call them to ask where I find the product code.

Delivered quicker than expected. Love this suede jacket, great colour and lovely fit. True to size. Ideal for spring/autumn.

High quality item and excellent customer service.

Hi As always great quality leather always packed nicely. This is the fourth item I have purchased. This is my second jacket. Very pleased with it and great customer service. If anyone wants a leather or suede would certainly recommend lakeland leathers. Well done please bring us some new designs and colours would love a pink jacket!!!!

Good choice of leather jackets and accessories, with a marvellous array of colours and finishes.
Ordering is easy and delivery is really quick. Thank you, Lakeland Leather.

Beautiful bag with lovely leather smell!

I ordered a bag from the website, arrived on time,as expected..happy with my purchase.Have shopped at Lakeland for years and am so sad that various shops are closing..

I bought a jacket from the Debenhams website. I needed to exchange it as it was a bit too small. Lakeland's customer services team were excellent. I ended up buying my replacement directly from them rather than through Debenhams. They were flexible about shipping to an alternative address as I was going on holiday and did not want to rick the jacket going out of stock. Excellent all round. Would recommend. No AI here :-)

Easy to order on-line, good description of the leather belt, arrived in a short time and kept informed of delivery. A really nice well-made belt. I ordered extra small which is perfect. You can have it any size you want as there aren’t specific holes for the buckle. The colour is great and so is the quality.

Very pleased with my handbag, arrived in 3 days, well packaged, high quality leather, well made. There is absolutely nothing to fault. Definitely will buy more from Lakeland Leather. Thank you guys for your hard work and excellent products.
