Lakeland Leather Reviews

I always find buying online stressful. Lakeland served me well, the information they sent as they packaged and posted my jacket was really reassuring. The Jacket arrived in good time, well packaged and true to size.
Genuine leather products are never cheap (as a leather worker on a much smaller scale - I know the costs!), but the jacket was well priced and well made.
Would recommend again.

Very good slippers I bye them every 2 years the best

Quality and fast delivery service, slippers will be ideal for the winter, well worth the price.

Excellent customer service from Geraldine. Polite, friendly and very professional. A credit to your company.
After a couple of emails sorting out a return, and then re-ordering the same item in a different colour, Geraldine allowed me to have the same discount I had on the original order.
I have purchased many items from Lakeland Leather over the years and always found them to be of excellent quality.
Very happy customer indeed.
Thank you. 🙂

It was a great experience from ordering to receiving my jacket, ordering was easy and clear, was a very quick delivery and nicely packaged ,fantastic service

First time using On-line but everything went perfect.

As for the Jacket my wife loves it and the sizing chart was bob on

The bag is really lovely..and very practical. It is made with a very smart leather and came with excellent information as to how to look after it and preserve the leather.
Arrived as estimated and tracking the delivery was easy .

I saw Lakeland Leathers come up on google after searching black jacket. I saw one I liked and thought I’d order it after reading good reviews. I was very impressed. The sizing was spot on, the leather was soft and the jacket well made. I loved my new jacket. I’m now looking at the bags. Delivery good and packaging great. A proper box.

Bag was delivered promptly and well wrapped. Product itself was nice soft leather and well made. Very satisfied.

Item arrived promptly in good condition. Perfect for what I wanted it for.

What a delight to deal with Lakeland Leather. My experience has far exceeded any previous customer service experiences. Deliveries are quick and the quality of the product is exceptional. The leather is soft and of excellent quality I dealt with Geraldine and she was absolutely fabulous. There was a slight issue which was settled very quickly and I can only thank Geraldine for being the perfect Customer Service representative. The company must be very proud of such an excellent employee

Good descriptions on website which made ordering easy. Bag true to description. Well made, good quality leather. Stylish. Speedy delivery. Delighted.

I have been looking for a leather jacket for a while and lakeland site is easy to navigate and use the jacket arrived quickly and is the most beautiful soft leather fits well I bought a larger size so I can fit a jumper underneath it is perfect and so was the sale price excellent service well recommended

I have no problem both with the product or the service I have received. I have tried the slipper only to check the size. As with all new shoes a little tight but will ware in once warn.
Overall happy so far.

The delivery was quicker than I expected and the parcel arrived in perfect condition

Good description of product, easy to order and delivery on time. I did expect bag to be in a box rather than just thick brown paper which didn't seem much to protect the leather. My partner hasn't used bag yet so unable to comment on suitability.

Order arrived promptly and item was as described and of very good quality

Prompt delivery. Well packaged.
Sadly the item had to be returned as it wasnt suitable- a note to others, I still use cash and bank notes - not Euros, didnt fit the wallet section. A shame as its a neat purse that fitted a new handbag.
Refund was dealt with quickly.

A good quality soft glasses card, the leather has a nice grain and texture.
