This company will scam you - please do not waste your time and choose an alternative company. We will be reporting them to the Housing Ombudsman this week for the money they've taken from us and the services they haven't provided.

Avoid at all costs. I received an extremely poor service, documents were factually incorrect, Typographically wrong and submitted late. Contacting them is extremely difficult once they have received you money and overall the service isn't worth it. I have had to change to new team mid way through the process. I've been to court twice and I'm no further forward but several thousand pounds worse off. They are not regulated by the SRA, they will tell you they are regulated by the Ministry of Justice, but this has lapsed and holds no standing in UK courts anyway. Please just go to a regulated solicitor rather than this firm and save yourself substantial cost and effort.

Sasha Charles was superb with helping us evict a very troublesome and non paying Tennant. On more than one occasion getting back to us after normal working hours when the tenant had lodged last minute court appeals.

My company needed to forfeit a commercial lease when I initially found a reluctance by enforcement officers and the legal profession to act or advise because they misinterpret Jenricks Ban on residential evictions Sec 82(1) of the corona virus act 2020 only prohibits forfeiture when the breach is in respect to rent arrears, a section 146 Notice for other breeches duly served is still permissible to enact forfeiture, if not remedied by the Tenant. Landlord Advice considered my findings and endorsed approval also providing sound advice on appropriate procedures when allowing the tenant to collect his goods. AVOID They are unprofessional & rude on the phone when they do pick the phone up you just feel like giving up and going to another company which is what I done they have no sympathy for landlords cold hearted people I think they should speak to people how they want to be treated . NASTY If you're a bit more polite I'm sure you will get more business than what you've got now
