I had a tenant who had stopped paying rent, forged tenancy agreeaments and kept making counterclaims and applications for appeal just days before courts hearings and bailiff appointments, purposely trying to delay the eviction.
Mr Sasha Charles who was dealing with my case was very professional and has a great amount of knowledge in this field, given the correct advice to keep ahead of the opposition. The judge at every hearing dismissed the tenants bogus claims and mentioned at the last hearing to the solicitor of the opposition that my case bundle has been written and compiled very well which seemed like he was warning them that they have no chance of any prospect in this case.

Although it did take a whole year and a lot of money to get my tenant out, I cannot blame it on landlord advice as my tenant used every trick in the book to delay the process and the court system is absolutely ridiculous allowing tenants to make baseless applications with no prospect.

The only thing that stopped me from giving them a 5 star rating is I would've like more telephone time to talk about the case, although they were prompt to reply via email but not everything could be understood via email.

I contacted Landlord Advice because of the problems I was encountering with a Tenant who were not paying the Rent & also due to the Council contacting me due to Anyi- social behaviour from the Tenant.
My case was handled in a sympathetic & professional manner. Everything was explained to me in detail, outlining what would happen at each stage. Will the help of Labdlord advice a successful outcome was reached. Overall the service has been extremely good & would recommend them to anyone finding themselves in the same situation I found myself in.

According to my limited experience, I consider that Landlord Advice UK is a very professional organization in dealing with the tenancy issues between Landlord and tenant, like settlement in court , Bailiff etc. The organization does provide prompt service to the clients. So far, I am quite happy to their services and have no hesitation in recommending to others.....

Over 15 months and £3000 later, and they still haven't got my Father possession of his own rental property! They don't follow things up in a timely manner, they had given the court the wrong address, so we heard nothing for months on end. Really useless and costing us a fortune. No sufficient answers or apologies, just more costs. If we could afford it , we would take legal action against them - Seriously avoid like the plague.
***Edit: March 2024 - Landlord Advice have tried to flag this post for "containing harmful or illegal content", clearly to try and remove this post. However, Trustpilot have "assessed your review for the reason it was flagged and determined that it follows our guidelines. Therefore, we’ve now put your review back online."

This company is so helpful, with free expertise given, that helped me get tenants out of my property who stopped paying rent and would not respond to any of my attempts to communicate. I had no money for representation and this company guided me and genuinely supported me. Without the right advice I was going around in circles I am so grateful for Landlord UK Advice.

We are having a terrible time with a shocking tenant and turned to Landlord Advice after 2 years of a local solicitor tagging us along and costing us nearly £3000. After the initial prompt activity with LA we heard nothing for 2 weeks and were getting anxious. Eventually I managed to speak to someone who referred me to a very helpful solicitor (turned out ours had a family crisis) and our case is now waiting to be heard by a judge.

I believe our emails were sitting with the absent soliditor so it was a simple issue in the end.

We have our fingers crossed but feel confident of a good outcome

Excellent. I spoke with another company who gave me apalling advice on what to do and just spoke to Sasha Charles who acutally gave me a solution and came across as very knowledgeable with expertise. I feel that he has it all in hand is able to help me get the best outcome for the situation.
