Do not order from them. They have a 100% return policy which isn’t true. They offer a small amount to keep. They want you to ship it back to China when the store is supposed to be in US. My dress material is see through and looks like a shower curtain. Lost 54.00 beware

Never received my dress, no response to inquiry. Lost $60. Total scam!!!

Very cheap clothing, comes from China.

The item I received was NOT what they advertised. After several attempts via email, I still have not received an address to return it to for a refund. The return address on the package was only a street name and number with no city, state, country or zip code. Scammers!

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I've ever experienced! Do yourself a favor and find another place to shop. Advertising reflects USA location, but my item was shipped from China. Not only did it not fit, but it was a shirt and was supposed to be a sweater. The quality was awful! Now, they want me to return it to China instead of locally. Shipping it back costs 75% of what the shirt cost. You can't win. Their deceiving sales, shipping and return policy is a disgrace. You don't know when you place the order if it's a local shipment or another country. Poor business practices!

I would leave zero stars if I could. Bought a dress that came in totally different than pictured...color was so bad compared to their website and the fabric was not sewn correctly. I sent numerous emails to customer service, even threatening law suit...sadly, no response.
Do not order from here...its a scam and all their clothes come from China so they don't want it back even though they have a return policy on their site.

Do not waste your money buying from this company. They sent me a completely different item than what I ordered and then they refused to accept responsibility for their mistake. I was told I would either have to pay to ship it back to China or they would give me a very small credit back that was a fraction of what I paid.

Can I give them zero? The dress i ordered looked NOTHING like the cute picture. Then I have to get their permission for returning it. Then I have to pay all shipping costs to China then wait to see if they receive it. Then I will get maybe 10$ out of a $60 purchase. What an absolute ripoff.

My order has still not arrived 1.5 months after the purchase and charge to my credit card. I have emailed twice to try to understand the status and all the site states is, "Confirmed
We're preparing these items for shipping.
Jul 10."

Please do not charge my card until the order has been shipped if you can not guarantee delivery. Please respond with the status of my 2 dresses. Until the dresses have been received, buyers BEWARE!

AWFUL! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! It took over a month to receive the items I ordered and when the order didn't work out, it cost more to ship it back, They offered to provide a credit within 3-5 business days. Its been over a month and I still haven't received it despite contacting them over and over again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Easy to order. Package arrived fairly fast. Notice was sent as to when they would arrive. The shoes are very pretty and are comfortable. I ordered a second color after trying on the first pair.

I ordered a dress online from Laura & Linda Charleston for a special occasion. Before ordering I took measurements to be sure the dress I was ordering was my correct size. It took a couple of weeks for the dress to come, but when it did, it had the size tag in the back of the dress, but the size was no where near what they had posted for sizing on their website. I contacted them and they offered to send another dress, but the event date had past and I don't need another dress that didn't fit. I asked for a refund. They said that they could refund but I would need to return and pay shipping to an address in China, alternatively they would pay me 30% of the cost of the dress and I could keep it. I find all of this unacceptable and deceptive.

I haven’t found a way to rate/review the products I purchased on the site…particularly the gorgeous, stunning, colorful sweater I received last week. I would like to let others know it did not go over my head without a great struggle. There is no zipper, button, snap or any type of opening or stretch to allow for “head” size? Once it’s on, my size S fit in every way. And because it’s positively stunning Ian keeping it but this is a significant design flaw.

I contacted Laura and Linda Charleston on June 5, 2026, because the item I received did not fit properly. It was much baggier than expected and too tight in the waist. Instead of providing a return label as requested, I was offered a replacement if I paid an additional $14.95 shipping and handling fee.

I replied on June 8 with the requested size adjustments and clearly explained that the waist needed to be one size larger. Since then, I have received no response, no confirmation, and no update regarding my replacement order.

As a customer, I expect timely communication, especially after being asked to provide additional information. The complete lack of follow-up for weeks has been frustrating and unprofessional.

If you need assistance after your purchase, be prepared for delayed or nonexistent communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Customer service is EXCELLENT! Product is cute. Quality is ok.

My shoes came as expected. They fit perfectly. And you’ve contacted me 2 or 3 times in the meantime. I’ve had no problems, everything has gone well, and I like the sandals!

I had to contact support to get a size larger and they responded quickly and were able to meet my needs asap and let me keep the initial pair of jeans I ordered. They re-order link was posted immediately and the item is on it's way. Great quality and service. It did take longer than expected to get here, but worth the wait and great customer service.

Do not order from this company! They do not have a US address. No phone number to contact. If you need to return, returns go to China. They are ALWAYS having an Anniversary Sale...it's a gimmick! I ordered dresses described as elegant & glamorous ...no way! Very poor quality of materials and design. The dresses do not look like the pictures on the website.
