I asked for a back view of the dress I ordered, They never sent it. I took a chance and ordered anyway and it is not as expected. They are charging me 14.95 to send back the dress!

Actually, I would give them a zero! The biggest scam ever!!! and I don’t know why they’re even allowed to publish such a website. It comes out of China and it’s nothing like you ordered and you can’t return this website needs shut down.

From ordering to receiving my beautiful sandals- Perfect fit and as it was pictured .

I bought a dress that ended up being too small. I contacted them on a weekend in regards to returning it or exchanging it. I received help immediately which I was surprised at but welcome it. I had no problems with getting a new dress. Their costumer service is excellent. I will do more business with them in the future!

I agree with all the 1 star reviews. I wouldn't even give it 1 star. the dresses i bougt were on sale from $200. to $59.95. They are not even worth $10.00 There is no label or size in the dress. All the stitchhing on the layers is on the outside edge. it does not even closely resemble the pictures. i thought I was getting merch from their store, not China their "international warehouse" I was told. no way to talk to anyone in person that I have found. Scam is correct.

I rated this company a 4 star because it took 15 days for my purchase to get to me. Also, although I got notification on tracking the package they were not clear where the package was at each time.

The quality is horrible. The delivery was way to long and although they have a 30day return policy you have to send it to CHINA!! or take a discounted refund.

ordering was easy, product arrived on date promised. I did have to exchange the product(sizing issue), but customer service was very helpful and responsive.

I am on day 20 from placing an order and I do not have one tracking update. Customer service has been nice but a lot of canned reply messages. Hopefully the products are nice.

The absolute worse quality
From the website, you think there were US based company, but the shipping and returns are through a center in China. And the returned is at the customers expense
They try to not have a return by offering a 30 or 40% back for the item.

Biggest scam. Products were awful. And their “easy return policy” will cost me over $80 to return, and I won’t get refunded until products get received in China. Do not buy anything from this company!!!! I am suspicious if I will receive my money after paying for return!

I ordered two dresses. They took a very long time to arrive (definitely RED flag) and when they finally arrived they were poorly made. When I emailed for directions for returning I was told it would cost be $32 for a shipping label. As an alternative solution they offered “for the same shipping cost” to send me replacement items and I could keep the original purchase. Why would I want another shoddy replacement or to keep dresses that don’t fit? When I rejected those options they told me they would refund me 30% - again this is not a satisfactory offer especially when their website states

I call BS on this company. None of these things are true.

Beautiful styles. Don’t love the fabric

Do not order anything from this company. They won’t take returns. Instead they try to get additional money from you for shipping replacements while telling you to keep what you’re not happy with. Quality is very poor.

Unable to return item. I've sent several emails. The emails I receive back are generic. No instructions on how to return purchase. There is no phone number to call. The shirts I ordered are too long and fall 2" above my knees. More like a dress than a shirt. Fabric is stiff.

Linda&laura Charleston is unresponsive Ordered a dress it’s not what I expected. The front was the same as pictured but the back was just a plain straight dress with a zipper. It was too small and way too short. I’m not having any response to my emails regarding return. There is no phone number to call to get return information. There website says to email for this information but I’ve sent several and get no response
