Lawsons (Whetstone) Ltd - Letchworth Reviews

Great people, knowledge staff.

Got amazing feedback from the customer that the materials were delivered to. The delivery driver Adam couldn't have been more accomodating and helpful and followed delivery instructions perfectly. Superb service. Thank you

I have contacted your Company on several occasions for prices
You either haven't bothered to return my calls/texts ... or you have been far too expensive.
We spend a considerable amount of money with your competitors who do appreciate our business

all the team at the letchworth branch are all ways very help full

Fantastic service from Tyler when ordering 30+ panels, posts and gravel boards. Over £3000 in total he gave efficient, useful advice on products and helped me optimise the cost to get best value for money. I recommend calling & asking for Tyler.

Lawsons were so wonderful. They didn't look down their noses because I'm not 'trade' or because I'm a girlie. They gave me personal help and advice. They cut the timber especially for me to fit my requirements. They delivered, even though it was an order of only 4 planks. They went out of their way to deliver to the place I requested. When one of the planks was defective, they delivered a replacement right away.

Great customer service from Tyler always available to answer any questions with great knowledge of the products and always willing to go the extra mile for my company 100% recommend this company and Tyler great price given every time
