I am more than happy with my dealings with LED Grow Shop, and in particular, Kate and Harry. I have made several purchases recently, and am in the process of buying some more kit.

Many thanks for the review. Where a customer requests from the courier that the parcel is delivered to their safe place, as was in this case, unfortunately this is at the customer's risk. We did try our best to investigate this for you and the courier produced GPS and a photograph of the parcel successfully delivered to where you requested. This is an agreement between you and the courier. If you are having parcels stolen from you after the courier has successfully delivered them, as we have already suggested, please use a different safe place or remove the preference all together.
