It was a easy step by step process…
It was a easy step by step process covering all my needs too have a detailed legal will. I had a problem printing my will and contacted customer service and they were very helpful in directing me in the right direction to be able to print. I have recommended this service to other family members.

Finally did it
It was simple, easy, cost effective and because of that at 64 I finally did it. My daughter had the laptop and filled in my answers so I could just think about what I wanted answered. I opted for the Power of Attorney and medical decisions package so I really have peace of mind now. I logged in next day when alone and did my personal message to her.

I paid $89.99 for 2 wills
I paid $89.99 for 2 wills. All went well until the end when the site asked for more money to print the full wills. This angered me and I would not recommend your will kit to anyone.

Not totally transparent, do your homework.
Website didn't take my Costco Exec information, nor advised me of the differences in price between a Costco member and regular customer.
Got a support person involved, but took over a week to get things straightened out.
Still have not received a refund for the difference.

Regarding the Costco member pricing, we can see from our support correspondence that your Costco Executive membership was successfully applied to your account and that your package was converted to the Lifetime Premium Package for Couples at the Costco pricing. A refund of $86.17 was also issued to your original payment method to reflect the correct pricing. We're sorry the process took longer than it should have, but we did take action to resolve the issue as requested. The Costco partnership details, including eligible packages and pricing, are also outlined on our dedicated Costco page at legalwills.ca/costco.
Regarding the witnessing of Wills in Ontario, we would respectfully note that a Will itself does not require a notary public, lawyer, or commissioner to be legally valid. Under Ontario law, a Will is validly executed when signed by the testator in the presence of two witnesses who also sign in the testator's presence. We believe the confusion may be around the Affidavit of Execution, which does need to be commissioned and that is a separate step often required when a Will is submitted for probate.

Very Quick and Easy!
Very quick and easy to create 2 new wills for out-dated wills for my wife and I. The cost was a fraction of what the notary wanted. For simple wills, you cannot go wrong. Also, they were easy to print. Highly recommend!
