**UPDATED RESPONSE - As requested order number for below : #515311. I have just sent ONE image of the faulty lettering as requested but again it has been rejected **
I received my personalised Milly Girl with pet dog but unfortunately the lettering had not been put on properly and was lifting away. I emailed with the fault and a photo which was quickly acknowledged but asking for a more detailed photo/s, which I agree was needed. I sent 4 more photos but basically just get an "undelivered due to recipients email rejecting due to it containing spam" - i have tried both the help and support emails but get the same email back each time, i have also tried using the 'reply' and 'reply all' and asked for an email address that will actually accept the photos but ti no avail! The doll is very pretty but for the money paid i would expect it to be in perfect condition - i am hoping my granddaughter does not pick at the faulty lettering! The lettering does look cheap compared to the rest of the doll. The customer service or lack of it is frustrating and I would therefore not recommend to friends or family to order from Leyadoll, which is a shame because as I say the doll is pretty, delivery was good but if you receive your doll with a fault as I have then you seem to be ignored and frustrated from non delivered emails!

I cannot comment on the doll itself yet, I’m just here to moan about the delivery time. I’m in the UK and I ordered my doll on 27th November - still haven’t received it! I’ve emailed customer service with concerns as it is a Christmas present and they’ve just written back explaining how I can track my order. It left china on 5th December and there have been zero updates since then (it’s 17th December now).
My advice: order from Amazon instead of from the company direct if you don’t want a huge wait! I’m kicking myself as prime delivery next day via Amazon.
Edit for further info: I have been emailing the company back and forth now, my last email from them was 3 days ago telling me there has been no tracking update as the parcel seems to be lost. Awaiting further communication from them. I realise this isn’t directly their fault but it’s still frustrating. (I have since bought a doll from Amazon to ensure my daughter has one in time for Xmas which arrived in two days and the doll is lovely) so my only complaint here is the delivery issue

I initially placed my order on September 26 for two personalized dolls. I understand that incidents happened and reached out to company on Oct 26, 2026 when I still had not receiving the package. It took leyadoll until November 6, 2026 to respond back that my package was lost in shipping and at that time they asked for me to check my address and if I would like the dolls replaced. As per the email log I kept, I responded that same day that I would like the dolls replaced and that my address was correct.
There was a system issue which lead to leyadoll staff not receiving my email from November 6 and this caused a delay in a response from the company. I did not get a respond back until November 12 but by this time the personalized maple doll I original order was out of stock and I was asked to pick a different doll that was in stock. On November 12, I sent a message back asking to replace the maple doll with the Milly doll with the dog. Leyadoll sent an email telling me I had to pay an extra two dollars US which I did without complaint and I sent another email with the new order number on November 13.
On November 23, I reach out to leyadoll again just asking for an update regarding my product. At this time, the associate who replied told me that the Milly doll was currently out of stock and they were expecting a restock in two weeks. I expressed concerned that the dolls would not be here for Christmas. The associate explained that the delay was caused by another issue that was discovered in the quality inspection and the original doll did not meet standards. They were expecting the doll to ship out next Friday which was December 12. Additional I got an email notifying me of a restock of the Milly dog with dog last week.
On November 28, I received another notification from leyadoll stating that my initial package had experienced a delivery failure and it was my job to contact the local carrier to arrange for a retrieval of this package. And in the event that the parcel was not retrieved in a timely manner, leyadoll could not be held responsible for a loss incurred. I spend the afternoon contacting the delivery company who responded that they could not locate the parcel in the warehouse and they recommended me contact the company I purchased the package from. This information was sent to leyadoll.
I sent an email on December 12 just asking regarding my order again and this morning I was sent the following reply this morning.
“We are sorry that the product in your order is currently out of stock. We are waiting for it to arrive and will ship it to you as soon as possible.”
I don’t understand how last week leya sent out an email stating the Milly doll with dog was in stock and how my order was not fulfilled. The reason I initially ordered from leyadoll was because leyadoll supports cleft palate/lip and my daughter was born with cleft palate. But I have lost confidence in this company and your ability to deliver my order at all. I am disappointed in how this situation was handled by leyadoll. I have asked for a refund of my purchase which they have agreed to do in the next 3-5 business days. But in the email they sent back regarding the refund they made more excuses about how I was provided the wrong information and it was not the Milly doll that was out of stock but the Melia doll I ordered. I will mention that they did apologize for the situation but there was a lot of miss communication and misunderstanding.
