I never received my doll
I never received my doll. There was no notification of delivery or a tracking number. I asked for my purchase to be replaced, with no help from customer service. I was completely ripped off.

Reasonable quality, poor customer service
The doll is a reasonable quality but the personalisation was poor. The lettering is iron on and was not sufficiently stuck to the dress of the doll. The packaging was poor and the gift bag provided was unusable. Customer services were contacted but not interested in providing any real solutions to my concerns. Dissatisfied customer 🙁

They should make more of their personalisation service!
I’m so thrilled with this doll for my newborn’s first Christmas. It’s adorable and very soft but the loveliest thing is the personalisation service. My daughter developed a strawberry mark just after birth and Leyadoll added an actual little strawberry in the same place. I was emailed shortly after purchase and sent over a photo. All very easy.
It’s so special and such a kind, lovely gesture. It makes for a very special memento. Leyadoll you should advertise this more clearly on your website - I only found it by chance!
Delivery was also much quicker than I expected - I decided to look up tracking data to see if it had left China only to find it was being delivered to my house that morning.
The only thing to point out is personalisation is printed rather than embroidered as I expected, but it does look very hardy.

We wanted to gently clarify that the doll does come with a gift bag, and both items are shipped together in the same courier bag. To protect the gift bag from being crushed during transit, we don’t place the doll inside it beforehand.
Once you receive your parcel, you can simply place the doll into the gift bag for a more complete gifting experience.

OMG, this little doll is ADORABLE! I needed a gift for our 3 week old great granddaughter, and saw the Leyadoll ad on Facebook. She's well dressed in pink with her name on the front of her dress. Very well made and small enough for teeny tiny hands. It did take awhile for delivery, but we'll worth the wait!!

Placed an order 11 days ago and have had no response from this company since. I've emailed twice and had no response. Judging from another review on this site this company takes your money and doesn't give you the goods you've paid for. Hopefully I'll get some kind of response from them when they read this poor review.

I am very pleased with the purchase of Montessori personalized soft book - A Berry Special Day.
For those little tiny hands the Berry Doll is the perfect size to play with, chew on and explore with the added bonus option of unclipping Berry from the book and using as their first doll.
