We've been with Liberty for 10 years, and while it has its limitations, it really has been great. I can reach a human within 1 minute almost any time I call, and they are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I also really appreciate the telehealth options. And I love being able to choose my own doctor. Limitations: lack of coverage for prescriptions (discount card only) and lack of mental health coverage. But still worth it.

LHS delivers the value I seek
I went from never needing any health care to needing a zero-fluoroscopy cardiac ablation and then radiation and chemo. There are real limitation on the hospital facilities that will work with LHS rates, but I was able to find top notch facilities that would to engage the highest level of capabilities I would expect on more expensive "standard" insurance...for much less than the cost of standard insurance.

I would highly recommend, easy to work with, exceptional customer service!

The CR Antoinette was very friendly & helpful, answering my question regarding whether a certain diagnostic test is covered. She went the "extra mile" and found an estimate of a fair & reasonable rate for this particular test, which was very encouraging.

Liberty Health Share is one of the best companies out there! They answer the phone, great care in helping with your needs or questions and have the loveliest attitude out there ! I wish other companies would take lessons from Liberty Heath Care in the customer satisfaction department !! Great job Liberty !!!

I just got off the phone with Liberty HealthShare. I don't normally complain, but this is important for others to be aware of. My wife and I had been with LHS for about 6 or 7 years. I was just told that the medical bills we were waiting to be paid for the birth of our son back in June of 2025 were ineligible for sharing. The reason is that we cancelled our HealthShare at the end of June because my employment put us on their employee benefits plan at that time, and Liberty Healthshare therefore was no longer needed. The expenses were ineligible because LHS can decline any expenses that were incurred up to 30 days prior to cancellation. LHS purports to be a Christian Faith Based organization. I consider this nothing more than a swindle, using a loop hole to get out of sharing an expense. The Christian Faith Based thing to do would have been to give us the opportunity to pay one more month in order to make sure the expenses would be eligible for sharing. Shame on Liberty Health Share to do this to a young family and their first baby. I would give this review zero stars if I could.

I have been a member of Liberty Health for two years. So far it has been a great experience. Anytime you call you get a live person to talk to and you don't have to hold on forever. They are always willing to answer any questions as well as guide you through their website. I see doctors that work with them as well as doctors I have to submit my bills. It's an easy process.

I’ve been with Liberty Healthshare since 2016. I called to get clarity on a bill I received. I was on the phone with a representative in seconds. The representative explained the bill and my share and also explained how to pay it. After the process my share was a fraction of what I was being billed for.

Liberty Health Share has been wonderful for us for the past 10 years. The sharing programs works very well, and communication with the folks that work there has aways been excellent.

The staff is amazing!
Every time we have contacted the staff at Liberty Health Share the staff has been very patient and understanding. They take their time to actually listen to us and they address our questions and concerns in a way that is easy to understand.

Customer Service was very patient and informative and ensured that we we thoroughly understood each step as we navigated through the HealthShare Upload steps. Also, our agent was very polite and respectful even when I stumbled in the procedure.

I really appreciate the communication and follow up throughout the process. She took the time to call me back. She kept me updated along the way. It’s clear they care about their customers and the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend Liberty Healthshare . Been a member for 3 years

Efficient and Empathetic. The folks that are behind the scenes are human and family oriented. They have been there for me for over 7 years and I would recommend this organization to anyone who wants simple, fairly priced, easy to work with health care coverage.

What a change from traditional health insurance! Everyone has been incredibly pleasant, wait times on phone are minimal (less than a minute to reach a human being), and the process of reimbursement is smooth and timely. This feels like a caring community. I am very happy with Liberty!

I would rate it less than one if I could. It worked just fine for routine appointments and such but as soon as we had a large medical bill (my husband tore his Achilles) we had major issues. They said they couldn’t pay it until all the bills in front of our’s were paid. The hospital was threatening to send us to collections and all Liberty would do is apologize and tell me my options were to pay the bill myself and wait for reimbursement. What?! We ended up talking the hospital down to $14,000 and paying it ourselves. Liberty contacted me three years later and told me they were ready to pay the bill!! Three years!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!! I would absolutely deter anyone from using Liberty!!

I had the pleasure of working with Karla yesterday and she was fabulous! She went above and beyond, suggesting other steps I should take and helping me through them, and was courteous and kind during the long wait with the clinic. All my interaction with their customer service has been superb!

Liberty Healthshare has cut medical cost processing and sharing times to a fraction of what they used to be. Great job in improving efficiency and communication with medical providers. Keep it up!

Member for 6 years and counting. I had a serious motorcycle accident in October 2024, and Liberty HealthShare was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. They made a very difficult situation much easier to manage. Grateful to be part of this community!
