il giorno 11 agosto è tornato indietro il pacco con i due libri restituiti con la causale "NON ACCETTATO" e con il destinatario barrato a penna in data 28 luglio. Ho spedito come da vostre indicazioni all'indirizzo Packeta International c/o BRT Spa, ID 96855648, Via Marinoni 1, 33057 Palmanova (UD) con codice reso 96457839, lo stesso giorno ho inviato una mail con foto per chiedere spiegazioni sul rifiuto del reso dell'ordine 8111141 ed il 17 agosto, un'altra mail chiedendo un voucher prepagato per effettuare un altro tentativo di spedizione, ma a tutt'oggi, non ho ricevuto alcuna replica alle mie mail.

Slow, but excellent customer service

The books arrived damaged, due to not being packaged properly. Customer service was good, though, they sent a courier to pick it up and refunded me fully.
This is a very nice store but come on, improve your packaging, you are shipping heavy books with almost zero protection, it’s a shame.

Exactly what I was looking for
Bought two books of an edition that I could harly find anywhere else. It took 2 weeks for them to arrive, but they were well packed and in perfect condition. I will for sure buy from them again for books that are hard to find.

libri danneggiati e assistenza sparita
ho ricevuto 3 libri, di cui 2 molto danneggiati, in data 8 giugno 2026. ho contattato l'assistenza, da cui ho ricevuto risposta in tempi brevi, che si scusava per l'accaduto e offriva rimedio alla situazione. peccato che a distanza di più di un mese, nonostante io abbia mandato altre mail di sollecito a cui ho ricevuto risposta positiva, ancora non si sono visti ne libri sostitutivi ne rimborso del danno.
mi spiace fare una recensione negativa, anche perchè non escludo che il danno lo abbia fatto il corriere e non il venditore, ma io sono cliente loro non del corriere.
mi sembra una situazione da "oltre il danno pure la beffa" in cui l'assistenza promette ma non fa.
*aggiornamento* rettifico la recensione perché, seppur con tempistiche lunghe e poca comunicazione, ho finalmente ricevuto il rimborso

My order
I bought four books, which arrived in a well protected box. However, two of them were slightly damaged. The shipping also took a long time, they arrived 10 days after the stated delivery date. On the other hand, the customer service team was very responsive and friendly, and they replied to my inquiry quickly.
