Sturdy and waterproof but after a year the volume buttons stopped working. Now the power button. They are worn out. I won't buy this brand again.

Bought a case when I had an iPhone 5 and the protector screen came away from the case. They replaced it but I had to pay shipping. That case fell apart as well so I didn’t go back. Now have an iPhone XS Max and thought I might give them another chance. The speaker protectors have started coming out and I just took my case off for the first time since I put it on and around my camera is completely shattered. I will not be buying from this company ever again.

I bought 2 FRĒ cases for both my mom and I for our iPhone 11s and when the cases arrived my case keeps getting AIR BUBBLES! I have been buying from Lifeproof SINCE 2012 and I have NEVER had this problem! This is absolutely outrageous and a total scam! Do not buy the new covers from them as they also ruined their original design by changing the way you open the charging port and enable silent mode. Literally every time I try to switch silent mode on and off I chip my nails, by the way, THEY AREN’T ACRYLIC NAILS, THEY’RE NATURAL NAILS! If you have never used Lifeproof before, only buy it for models before iPhone 11.

I’m giving 3 stars due to the fact this case has saved my phone many times after accidentally dropping but it’s really annoying that I have to yell into my phone to talk to people because they can’t hear me and say I sound muffled so therefore I end up having to take the case off just to make a phone call and it barley last a year like some others posted the plastic seal over the home button wears off so needless to say I have to get a replacement once a year I definitely think this case should last longer than a year for 100$

Will last for 1 year then the film over the button will come away leaving it not waterproof. Waste of money, some much better cheaper alternatives out there!

I have been using the life proof fre for my galaxy s8+ s9 and s9+, constantly getting dirt and such between the case and the phone. This shattered one of my s9+ and lifeproof warranty refused to cover the phone like they advertise. They have also started refusing to replace my cases that are faulty. Point blank their customer service and warranty is false advertisement!

If I could give negative stars I would! I dropped my iphone in my life proof case and it cracked so bad that I could no longer use it. I called life proof because I paid $100 for the case and they told me that’s not their problem!!!! I invest in otterbox now. None of my family or friends will buy lifeproof

used to be great cases, since they've been bought by otterbox the quality has gone way down, gone through 3 cases in 4 months, everything from leaking to not clipping together properly to the rubber coming off they just aren't the same, had an old LifeProof before they were bought by otterbox on my iPhone 4 and the thing lasted the life of the phone, the warranty cases feel extremely cheap and break just as easy as the retail ones do, not even worth the $5 shipping to get a warrenty case, definetly gonna be looking elsewhere for a waterproof case

I bought my lifeproof fre about a year ago for my galaxy s9 and i live in hawaii inwas on the beach the tide ripped my phone into the ocean and when i pulled it out my case was properly sealed and shut so when i unscrewed my charge spot and my aux mic spot it drained water. Alot of it. My phone speakers were ruined. When i contacted lifeproof they told me the ONLY THING THE WARRENTY COVERS IS REPLACING THE CASE. NOTHING ELSE. NO WATER DAMAGE. THIS IS A SCAM. Its a huge load of crap. If it were worth sueing i woulda

I was ice fishing and my phone dropped out of my pocket into about 6 ft of water and after about an hour of trying to hook it we got it up and the phone was perfectly fine nothing wrong with it I highly recommend this case.

Absolutely rubbish case. Lasted all of 3 months before the rubber protector seal is now coming away from the case. While the case is still intact I doubt the phone would be protected. The cheap AliExpress cases I have brought for phones in the past have lasted longer than this. Wouldn't recommend and certainly won't be buying again.

The screen protector has sunk in the middle leaving whole screen with a air bubble the back up is shocking no reply

The charger cover part was always breaking off till I eventually lost it And the inside seal came off and won’t stay in place . The cover is thick thus making a conversation hard to understand and that also makes texting a task .

I had a lifeproof for my iPhone 6 was great. Now got my one for iPhone XS . I first got the wrong one ...sent it back.... lifeproof said they never received it..... so no credit. Got the correct one. Lasted 6 months when charging cover broke. Then dropped my phone from 3 feet.... and it shattered.... life proof replaced the cover but as for the phone? I had to pay!

I bought a life proof case for my Galaxy S8 phone 8 months ago . They claim to have a 12 month warranty on their product . So when my volume control quit working , I contacted customer service to acquire a replacement case. The customer service rep let me know that that particular case was discontinued and I was basically out of luck. So you can conclude that the 12 month warranty is total BS. One would think that if you discontinued a warranted product, you would keep enough inventory to honor replacement. If they can't replace the product because it was discontinued, at the very least offer a refund. That's just good business . Obviously, I will not buy from this company again . Shame on you, you can do better !!!

My phone fell off the roof of the car at the speed of 110km/h.
2 Cars drove over it and guess what??? The phone is undamaged, the cover just scratched.
This is truely a miracle and I can recommend this cover!

Case was purchased 8 months ago, and the charger door cover broke, so it won't stay closed, and the microphone/speaker plastic fell off of the bottom speaker. Called LifeProof about it and was told they can't warranty it because they don't have any. (But I can check on Amazon or Walmart or bestbuy to see if they still have some -to BUY another one)

I'm still on contract for 5 more months with this phone, and their "offer" was to send me one for a different phone.

Will never buy LifeProof again. Waste of money.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. ANY CHEAP CASE ON EBAY WILL MATCH OR HAVE BETTER QUALITY THAN LIFEPROOF. I owned cheap Ebay cases my whole life. Switched to lifeproof ONE DROP and ONE WEEK later and my screen is shattered. Thanks lifeproof! And on Twitter all they want to do is send another case. SO THE PHONE CAN BREAK WORSE?? This company is a joke!

I've went with Otter box every time I needed a phone case. I wanted to try something a little thinner and the only reason I went with it was because the girl in AT&T told me it was a good choice. Id say this phone is about 6 months old, I took the case off to get to SD card slot and noticed the back of the phone (galaxy S10+) top corner looks like cracked glass. So upset since every time I turn my phone in for a new one they always look brand new thanks to otter box. For now on I will ONLY buy OtterBox!

Dont buy the galaxy Note 10 plus case. It doesn't stop dust or water from getting in. The rubber seal around camera comes out and wont go back in and alot of dust gets in from the bottom
