I ordered a Fre case for the iPhone 11 and they shipped me the incorrect product. We called customer service and they said the easiest approach would be for them to file a warranty claim and send out the correct product and provide expedited shipping. Sounds simple enough. I later received an email from the Warranty Department denying my claim. I called customer service back and they said I needed to send photos of the wrong case. Annoying, but i obliged and did that. The Warranty Department then instructed that I would have to ship the product back at my own cost and they would take no responsibility if the shipment was lost. Once they received back the wrong product they would review and determine if my correct case should be sent. Had to respond to multiple emails and make multiple customer service calls. The latest is that my product is supposed to be shipped (expedited) and I will receive in 5-8 days. Expedited shipping takes 5-8 days?? In what world is that expedited shipping? Are they using horses?

In summary, Lifeproof took almost $100 from me and shipped the wrong product and refused to take any accountability. They have horrible customer service. If you really want a lifeproof case then order it through someone else like amazon. At least you will get some decent customer service.

The sad thing is that had I not escalated they would have simply stolen my money. They took my money and did not provide me with the product I purchased. Folks, that is illegal. They are thiefs and should be avoided at all costs. I have never had to fight so hard to receive a product I have paid for.

As of this posting, the product has still not been received.

So I make an order for my iPhone 11 Pro. I ordered FRE and ordered FEDEX OverNight GUARANTEED 1 day delivery and paid Lifeproofs outlandish price for it as well. Low and behold, 1 day went by 2 days have gone by. Nothing. Checked on the shipping.. It was still being processed on their end. I was charged for it, checked my cc. Called Lifeproof and the CSR put the supervisor on the phone and he STATED his words sorry for your luck but I can’t do anything about it. I told him to cancel my order. He just said he can’t. I asked why and he just said he cant. Then once I told him I was recording the phone call his attitude completely changed and immediately canceled my order. life proof is a total garbage company and does not care about customer and will lie to get your money and not send out the product you ordered within the TIME FRAME
THEY OFFER IF YOU PAY the extra amount. If it says OVERNIGHT for an extra 30$ and the delivery date says 31st-1st. Then tell me well it just depends on the processing it may take two whole days to process then ship out. Like why in the heck would I spend the extra money to ship it, if your no good company won’t even ship it out on the timeframe you say? Complete garbage.

The product is Garbage & Lifeproof provides VERY POOR customer service. I bought the Lifeproof Free case for my new iPhone 11Pro directly from Lifeproof.com. The case fell completely apart about 3-4 weeks after I received it. The company has provided very poor customer service dealing with this matter.

Junk. Worked for a while, then the power button stopped engaging on my S8. Took phone out of case, because case no longer worked and broke screen within an hour.

Absolute, garbage. Cost almost $100 for a junk case.

Buy anything but this.

Thee is no way this case will stop your phone from braking
It’s back cover is just a 1mm plastic back with no protection for shock and the front is only a thin plastic drum skin that I don’t think would protect your screen if anything sharp pushed against it
The worst thing is every Time you go to type the front plastic is like a drum skin and makes a loud click on every push
The noise is loud and annoys everyone

Not even 2 weeks after getting the case, the stylus part kept opening. Even just picking up the case it would open. Thanks to this case, I'm now on my 2nd stylus since the one that came with the phone fell out. Not worth the amount of money I spent on it. To do a warranty claim, I would need to spend more money, which even though it's only 8 bucks, I don't feel like spending any more. This shouldn't be happening with how much these cost.

Awful case and awful costumer service. The warranty is completely bogus. I spent $90 on a case for my husbands Galaxy edge. I've never spent that much on a phone case but the warranty made me believe that the case was worth. It was not. The buttons on the case didn't line up right and eventually broke off after only 3 months! I filed a claim on the Life proof website and was charged right away for shipping. after 2 weeks I finally heard back in form of an automated email that said my claim was denied and my shipping fees would be refunded. No explanation given as to why the claim was denied. I re-read the warranty. every word. I knew my case met all of the qualifications. So i reached out and was told that I needed to send in pictures of the case with the damage visible next to a piece of paper with my name and date on it. I did this and was told my claim was denied. Again with no explanation as to why. So I reached out AGAIN and was told they no longer carry cases for my husbands phone and there was nothing they could do. This is not in the warranty. No where does it say that if they discontinue the case that the warranty is null and void. I've requested a credit or a refund and no response. So beware! The cases are crap and the warranty is crap. Use Otterbox. I never should have spent my money on this BS.

LifeProof has the BEST customer service in this world. A year ago, I purchased a LifeProof case. This month, it was no longer water resistant. All I did was fill out the warranty page and without questions I received my new case within two weeks. No sending my old one back, nothing. It was the easiest thing I’d ever done. THANK YOU for making my life soooo easy!!!! $100? TOTALLY worth every penny!!!

Complete garbage, I paid 96 dollars for a lifeproof case for my s8 plus and done had two cases with the same problems no volume key cant use Bixby all the keys on the side dont work never again lifeproof is a complete rip off talking bout a lifetime warranty how when they have dis continued the case

Spend $80 a case for it to not even protect my phone. My iPhone Xs dropped from 2 feet and the back of my phone shattered. I reached out to Lifeproof, and they offered me to solutions, refund me my money, or send me a replacement case. Which neither would solve my actual problem of my back of my phone is broken. So much for putting your phone in a phone case if it will just break being in the case. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service of Lifeproof and also their products.

very upset with myself for not reading reviews before wasting 200 dollars on 2 different cases one for myself and one for my husband. since i got my new phone it has not left the "drop proof" case i purchased, which were not cheap so naturally when it fell and cracked my entire front screen i contacted customer service who basically told me i was on my own they don't back their product. they would send me a new case (which didn't protect my phone to begin with) for a small fee but the almost 200 to fix my screen that i paid 100 dollars to be protected by the case i was on my own for. BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!! seriously i can get a case from five below for 5 dollars and threw a screen protector on it and it would probably protect better then this 100 dollar case its CRAP!!

I am very happy about the products from LifeProof. Every time I buy a new iPhone, I have to buy a new waterproof cover. I use them when I run, on my motorbike and for winther sport.
I find the quiuckmount adaptor very good and I use it as well in my car as on my motorbike...very handy.
There is only one bad thing about the products; I find them to expensive.

I gave 1 star because no choice for 0 stars! Supposed to be guaranteed for life! Ours broke within the first year, they replaced it. It broke AGAIN the same way (poor design!) now they don't make that model anymore so we are S.O.L.! i WOULDN'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!

So I’m listening to my audio book and clipping the leaves off the Plants on the patio, my phone in my pocket. It of course slips out and literally slides across the whole balcony and directly towards the only tiny hole in the screening, it hurtles through the 8” hole and then it plunged five stories, yes 5!, onto the concrete walk below.
And can you believe my phone didn’t break!!! Holy crap! I definitely need a new lifeproof case though- I don’t think this one is waterproof anymore Hahaha.

my phone broke in the lifeproof case, falling from a table to a hardwood floor.
dont get this product it does not live up to its promises. they offer you a new lifeproof case, which doesnt really solve the issues surrounding paying $800 to fix an iphone screen broken despite the 'quality' of the protective device.
worst purchase. don't buy if you would like to keep your phone in working condition!

Lens protection completely scratched after five months of case regular use. Impossible to take a photo with LifeProof case for Galaxy S10+!

I will NEVER purchase a Lifeproof case EVER again. My daughter dropped her phone about 1 ft off her leg and it shattered the front and back of her IPhone8 plus. She had insurance on her phone BUT still cost me $198.00 for a deductible to get her a new phone. I called your customer service department on 10-28-2019 about 5:30 EST and the lady whom I spoke to told me that there was NOTHING she could do for me since the phone case was not damaged. I am VERY dissatisfied with your company and I will never purchase any products from you again. So I went and purchased her an  Otterbox Defender case yesterday at least THEY stand behind their products.
