Product does not work as advertised. Complete rip off. Company then wants you to pay to post back and only if unopened. Complete joke. Ceiling fans work 100 times better. I stupidly bought 4 and now have 3 unopened and one open that we will NEVER use.

This is a BIG SCAM. If only I could give it a 0 star. It is a big scam, even though I ordered it through Paypal, I was cheated. The price mentioned was AUD 58 dollars, I was charged AUD 129, when I called their customer care they couldnt clarify and I asked them to cancell my order immediately which they kept on draggig only to receive an email next day that the order was shipped. Once I received the order, before opening i told them i wanted to return it the agent suggested me to use the product and try it. I have emailed them several times only after almost two months they replied back offering me 45% refund which I refused and insisted on retuening the product. Don't ever buy this product, it is not at all what they advertise. It is just a small desk portable fan. I wish I would have read the reviews before.

DO NOT BUY...i wish I read these reviews first. I paid just over AU $100 for this cooler and it stopped working after about 4 times. I've contacted customer service and apparently because its been opened and used and its over 30 days it's too bad now. I'm not happy at all.

i ordered 2 and they charged me for 4 with warranty and they told me to send them all back for 50 % what i paid them they did not last 2 weeks before 2 stopped working , now they stopped emailing , as this shows they wont send more or pay back the full amount , there warranty is not being upheld and they are scammers . the motors in the fans are smaller them a toys motor , it all a came as if the power goes out the cooler stops , fraud .

I’ve had the same bad experience as the other reviews. I was also charged and sent more than I ordered. They also ceased working after one use. They’re absolute rubbish and don’t even cool the smallest space you could imagine. Such a scam. Hopefully more people don’t get caught up in this.

Piece of ….. don’t waste your money.

This product does not work as advertised and is frankly not fit for purpose. To add insult to injury they sent me more than I ordered and charged accordingly. The company corresponded with me, seemingly helpfully until I asked for a return address and a refund. They ceased responding. I was unable to get my money back through PayPal despite registering displeasure within the timeframe I had to wait for a hot day to test real world effectiveness. I had passed the 30 day refund cutoff when a hot day came along. The same product is sold under several other names. Buyer beware of any small coolers.

After receiving the item, it is absolutely false advertising. Is a weak noisey little fan. Was offered 25% refund and keep product. I continually asked for return address, than was offered a 50% refund. I kept asking again for address. This is a absolute scam.

0 stars! Do not buy!!!! It is a gimmick, it does not cool a room at all, even if you fill the reservoir with cold water. The moveable air-vent was broken, and the whole product is cheap/flimsy. I have requested a refund (good luck to me!) I doubt they'll do it. Absolutely waste of money!

Please do not order from them, ongoing scam. Im stuck with contacting their agent to no avail.

SCAM .. big SCAM. 1st order got issues and I clicked my 2nd order for 2 units. Thought it was in NZD but turned out to be in USD. To my horror when the bill arrived I was charged for 5 units and with 2 years extended warranty charges. Immediately tried to cancel but failed as their email link is broken. Got PayPal involved and the vendor claimed that the goods have been dispatched and to wait for confirmation of delivery before I can return the goods. They provided a return address that is in GERMANY with no contact name and number (I asked twice for contact details but was not provided). I spent another 130 NZD to return the goods by courier service but the goods failed to deliver and was returned.

PayPal was a big dissapppointment too and they don't care as long as the goods are delivered. No legal liability for con job. Big false advertising as the product is not as advertised. If you expect it will cool from 33c to 17c in 3 minutes, you will jump. It is just a substandard fan. The dispute was closed in favor of vendor. What a joke.

Can I rate no stars? Complete and utter rip off. I was scammed by an ad that vouched for this being an Australian product. Flimsy, cheap rubbish from China that does not cool . Don’t do it!!!!

Biggest scam.. Product DEFINITELY IS FALSELY ADVERTISED DOES NOT DO ANY OF DESCRIPTION WHAT SO EVER HAVE CONTACTED MULTIPLE TIMES AND NI RESPONSE… DO NOT BOTHER TO ORDER

This is a cheap Chinese five dollar fan. It was supposed to be $45 and they removed 118 from my account however having gone through my bank fraud department, the money was refunded. It is a scam.

Beware lil cooler is a scam their item is worth 99 cent not even! It blows hot air, false advertising 😔

I am having the same experiences as everyone else. (I ordered 2 and was charged for 4 in USD). The packaging was damaged on arrival and the items are pieces of rubbish. I am now having difficulty getting my money back. Meri Rowe's review sums up my experiences exactly, except I haven't sent mine back yet. After refusing the 20%, 50%, 75% refunds they sent me a return address in Australia. I am sceptical about posting to this address as I have been caught out before by online scamers. I have been offered partial refunds before and when I have refused and returned the items to the address given, no one has picked up the item and therefore I don't recieve my refund. Has anyone successfully returned their fans to an Australian address and recieved a full refund?

This was complete false advertising. I honestly don’t know how companies get away with this. After this experience, I’m done shopping online. For the refund, just keep pushing—they eventually refund. Otherwise, file a dispute with your bank or PayPal.

Absolute scammers!
I ordered a lilcooler and they charged me an extra $40 and they won't tell me why.
The invoice amount that i paid on there website to what came out of my bank account was totally different!
They use chatbots to do there response emails and they just stuff you around.
Found out that kogan has the exact same product and for half the price!
Do not buy from these dodgy prices.

Wow these are the most expensive pieces of plastic that I’ve ever paid for. They do not cool anything down and are basically just a noisy fan. Despite putting my location as Australia they showed USD prices without actually saying that and I was charged way more than expected. Total scam
