I fell for it on YouTube. Shame on me but also shame on YouTube. They would be absolutely complicit in this. They would have received complaints about “lilcooler” and have done nothing about it.

I’ve always been careful with my online purchases but for some reason did absolutely no research so shame on me too.

Biggest scam on the internet. Tried to buy one ended up with 2 and an automatic debit I never authorised. Tried to cancel after 1 minute “sorry we already shipped”. I hope someone takes them to court and the go bankrupt.

Scam. Wanted to order 3, somehow the order became 6 + extended warranty. They somehow shipped them immediately so can't cancel the order even though it was less than a minute between ordering and asking to cancel. Plus, there is no order confirmation screen. I reckon that's deliberate because I didn't select 6 items or any extended warranty.Now have to wait for them to (hopefully) arrive and then try to ship them back. I won't hold out hope.

Edit: only received 4 out of 6 coolers. Company is refusing to provide an address to send the units to to get a full refund. They keep offering 25, 50, 75% refunds instead. I'm continuing to ask for a full refund.

I ordered one unit they charge me for three I asked for my money back after 10 minutes of placing the order they told me it's too late nothing but a scam keep away from this company and its product how Google allows this sort of advertising shame on all shame on YouTube for allowing this scum to advertise on the platform shameshame

Scam network. This is not a low quality product it is a full scam. Get a refrigerated real brand cooler instead.

I ordered two to many by mistake and I could not immediately cancel. I received the air cooler. It is probably £3 to make this product yet they sell at £78. Cheap rubbish. Box was crumpled on arrival. Poor customer service, very patronising. I do not recommend this product.

I bought 3 of these coolers one was damaged Kenneth II was sending a replacement which has never arrived will never use this company again
Be very careful.

The units are of extremely poor quality. The plastic cap on top of the unit was so fragile, it broke upon 1st twist.

Water is poured into the top of the unit. Although this has CE certification, it felt somewhat dangerous pouring water into the whole unit, rather than a resceptacle at the bottom of the unit, away from all electricity.

The website says it is safe to use in bathrooms. However, I would have thought this dangerous practice.

The website suggests it has humidifying properties - but no clear explanation how this works.

The website says it has airconditioning properties, but certainly does not cool the room at all and certainly not in the 90 seconds they suggest.

I ordered one, but was sent 3 and was charged for 3.

Customer service is absolutely appalling. They do not observe their 30 day no quibble refund. As the product is not as described, return of product should be their responsibility, not mine.

Do not buy this product.

As many reviewers have said, this is a SCAM. The product does not cool. It's more like a tiny fan that makes noise. Like another reviewer, I tried to cancel my order immediately after I noticed they'd added two more units I had not ordered plus a warranty I had not asked for. They told me the order had already gone through although they only shipped the units two days later.
When I made a complaint, they offered 25% refund of the total, then 50% and then 75%, which I finally settled on because I didn't trust that they wouldn't come up with another excuse when they received the merchandise so I wouldn't receive the refund, plus I'd have to pay shipping and insurance to make sure it would get there in time, not to mention the hassle and time wasted.
Stay far away from these scammers and always check with Trustpilot before ordering. I wish I had done that in the first place!
The only positive thing I have to say is that as I payed through PayPal, I received the refund immediately.

Upon delivery, the small button used to operate the device had come loose and fallen into the device, making it impossible to turn it on and off.

Item never arrived. Email did not exists after two emails. asked paypal to review case, but was not so helpful till now.

This is simply a SCAM. Do not buy anything from this company.

The delivery takes weeks from somewhere in China. Their returns policy however is 30 days from purchase and not from delivery which doesn't seem right at all for online purchases. The fact that the product has to be 'unopened' to be eligible for returns seems contrary to UK law as well.

Scam, scam, scam
Claim delivery takes 5-9 days, I'm still waiting 3 weeks on, refused refund, after a few minutes after payment, said it was packed and shipped but couldn't supply a shipping number for two and a half weeks. Item was not as discribed on YouTube don't bother with this company ripoff merchants

Added an unauthorised extended warranty of 9.99 and I didn't complete the paypal.transaction.fully on the website yet they took my money and refused a refund 2 minutes after the confirmation email saying it had been dispatched already.
Of course it hadn't.
Scammers. Do not be fooled.
I don't expect it will ever arrive and I am £76 out of pocket.
You have been warned!!!

Scam YouTube product.

Do not waste your money. It is just a tiny fan. Their promises and announcements are fake or outright lies. Every summer this crap pops up on Youtube. Obviously they allow every fraudulent advertising partner to get on board...but mostly it is just a scam like this one.

Attention, grosse arnaque, commande ajoutée de 150€ de services et produits non choisie (vente forcée) annulation impossible, multi-facturation et reccurentes, faux tchat, produits non conformes, faux avis Trustpilot, c'est une grande escroquerie et on y tombe parcequ'ils acceptent Paypal on se sent protégé, mais le temps de réagir (quelques minutes pour moi) on est dépouillé de son argent car ils savent comment vous voler et disparaître
