I just ordered 1 unit $49 paid for warranty and postage, I immediately checked my account and they took $388 unauthorised with 3 debits from my card.
I contacted company immediately and their quick reply was that they turn around the despatch very quickly and impossible to cancel. Lodged fraud report with bank. Such a scam.

This is a scam. I was happy to order 1 to try but ended up with 2. When I realised this I tried to cancel but of course you cannot cancel the order even when trying to 5 mins later. Have not received the product yet but $124US lighter in pocket.
Having received the items and with the " 30 day money back guarantee" I endeavoured to return the items. Was told must be back within 30 days in 0riginal packing and return was at my expense. However if you prefre we will rebate you 25% and you keep. This seemed like the easiest way to go. The product itself is not great. The motor makes more noise than my standard fan and the air circulating appears to be the same temperature. Hope this saves you money I paid US$90 for the learning experience.

SCAM!!! Can I give this company a zero rating. 100% scam. Do not use this company. Fraudulently charge for “extended warranty” refused to allow cancellations of order. Don’t be fooled this is not an Australian company.

If you think this unit might have chilled copper pipes inside to create cooling as per their video - don't be fooled. It has absorbent paper, like blotting paper, to wick up water from a small reservoir. There is a small 5 Watt fan.. That said, mine actually works, to my surprise. Won't do much to cool a whole room but OK as a desk top unit.
5 Volt power supply means that you are unlikely to get an electric shock even with water poured into the unit. Plastic construction is cheap, easily breakable and not UV resistant, so don't expect it to last long.
As others have said, very sharp and deceptive payment practices. All prices are in USD, even though they infer they are in Australia, and my parcel was delivered by Australia Post. They will add on an annual recurring warranty payment without asking you for approval [you can remove this through Paypal's website if using].
Value is about one third or less what they charge. Better quality, bigger units are out there for the same price from the usual online sources.
Finally, be aware that evaporative units like this add lots of humidity during operation, so if you live in a coastal location probably not a good idea.

You think you are buying 1, but they charge you for 3 and charge you in $USD.
The product DOES NOT deliver any cool air.
Their marketing and claims are absolute rubbish.
Customer service is situated in Lithuania.

Like many ordered one and ended up with 4. Price was not clearly stated it was in US $ as well as in the Czech Republic so no doubt very dubious. I paid Pay Pal so will be taking up with them as hold zero hope of ever receiving something that actually works.
Beware, this is the first and last time I’ll ever buy off an ad on YouTube !

1. If I could give this company a negative star, I would!
2. I wished I had read Trustpilot’s reviews first before placing an order!
3. I realised this site is a SCAM from the moment I tapped purchase, only to witness (on screen for a second - it then disappears) AUD $118 for an advertisement product of AUD $59.95
4. Cancelled order within 5 mins, though I know refund is going to be arduous acc: to reviews

COMPLETE SCAM - do not order!!!! The unit arrived completely faulty, water leaking out of the bottom and the on button was broken, can’t even try it. Emailed the company 2 weeks ago and they are still to give me a refund after multiple attempts

WARNING! THIS IS A SCAM - you can purchase the exact same product elsewhere for a fraction of the price. I paid AU$123 for a piece of junk that sells for about $20. Like everyone else, I tried to cancel within 5 minutes - was told it was already shipped. The product came with a link to leave reviews - that is also phoney as it doesn't work - just there for show. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

SCAM, misleading pricing and marketing material tricking buyers into thinking they are purchasing an Australian product from Australia. Then you are charged for the product/s, shipping & extended warranty (that you didn't purchase) after check out ALL in USD. I contacted them immediately to cancel and get a refund but the lovely bot that answered informed me that the warehouse had already packed and shipped the product. Contested through PayPal and noticed that Lil Cooler/Commerce Core UAB had also automatically set up recurring payments via PayPal autopay. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. It needs to be taken down

I BOUGHT FOUR OF THESE COOLERS AND TOTALLY REGRET IT. THEY DO NOT WORK AS PROMISED EVEN THOUGH SUPPOSEDLY DESIGNED FROM A GREAT SCIENTIFIC PRINCIPLE. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND !

A TOTAL RIP OFF DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! A GREAT SCIENTIFIC PRINCIPLE IN THEORY BUT THEY DO NOT WORK EFFICIENTLY OR QUIETLY AS ADVERTISED. VERY DISAPPOINTING, I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. I bought four of these to have beside our beds at night, the first one I tried was so noisy even on the lowest first setting we couldn't sleep and it barely blows a breeze or any coolness just humid air but the higher you turned it up the noisier & more humid it got and even though USB operable, for the price it isnt rechargeable in any way, it has to be connected to a power source to work. Even if its USB its totally useless in a camping situation unless connected to a solar blanket during the day but there is no sun at night. And if connected to a power pack it drains the pack within couple of hours. Supposedly half price from $139.99 to $59.95 eachI bought 4 four at slightly less but even at $39.99 each,they are definately not worth the money. I was able to get a whisper quiet USB rechargeable fan that holds the charge minimum 5hours on full but 8 to 10hours on low for $15 at the local department store and is way superior in build quality and coolness even if its just a fan, obviously a gimmick product and buyer BEWARE in this instance, NOW I HAVE 3 UNOPENED & 1 USED ONCE , NOW WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH THEM? I WOULDN'T EVEN RATE IT HALF A STAR AND WISH I COULD GET A FULL REFUND!!!

I GENUINELY HOPE THAT YOUR ENGINEER COULD DESIGN A BETTER DESIGNED AND BETTER QUIETER MOTOR AND QUIETER FAN THAT HAS A RECHARGEABLE USB POWER SYSTEM. THEN I WOULD REBUY THEM BACK BUT THESE MODELS ARE NOT WORTH A GRAIN OF SALT.

HUGE SCAM! They took $400 when my order was meant to be $80 AUD. Converted it all to USD and set up automatic reoccurring payments via PayPal. Shipped without a minute which is shady as and all correspondence from them has been bots. Check your accounts and DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

If l could select 0 stars l would. Don't waste your money. This product did not work at all straight out of the box. I could not return it or get my money back. Since l bought this l have seen a number of different ads and each time a different person invented it under different circumstances. All lies and deception. The product is useless and doesn't do what they claim.

How could all the people here fall for this?

Did you honestly believe that a cheap device the size of a desk fan would be able to "cool any size room in 90 seconds".

Or were you swayed by the "It was designed by an ASA Engineer from Adelaide". What even is "ASA"?.....

If I could give it minus stars I would.Fortunately I paid with Paypal and had my money refunded in a couple of hours.I too tried to cancel after being duped into believing I was buying an Australian made product at what I thought was a reasonable price for a 5v mini freezer.As soon as I looked at the paypal receipt that was in $US and double the cost I was expecting to pay plus an extra charge for extended warranty was added without consent I messaged the thieves and wanted explanations.Emails were promptly replied with platitudes and B.S and I was informed it was too late to cancel (at that point I hadn't asked to cancel but was intending to).After continuous back and forth platitudes and B.S that I told them was B.S I informed them of my intention to lodge a dispute with Paypal.Once I detailed the scurrilous ethics an email was sent to the company.Suddenly an already dispatched (B.S) order that even had a tracking number was fully refunded.It was quite an anguishing experience that I did not expect to have using YouTube.SHAME ON YOUTUBE
