It's nothing like the YouTube advertising. There's no cool bars in it to make the air cooler. It's just pour water and it blows out, doing nothing to change the temperature.

The money-back guarantee is also a scam; they want you to pay for the postage to and then the postage back. It's cheaper to take the 25% of the purchase price offered, especially if you live overseas. Seriously, don't buy this garbage.

Order processing sends to random delivery address, contacted them 5 minutes after the order was placed and was told it's already dispatched. Then check invoice and it was 3 times the amount it should have been. Instead of $59.99 they invoiced for $165.62 for a product I will never receive.

I think I've been scammed by them, do not use!!

Shame on the advertising claiming it is an Australian product, I like so many others,only ordered 1,but was charged for 3,and was told I couldn't cancel,even though the payment was still pending. Their claim was that it was already picked and packed and waiting for the courier. I got a full refund from my Bank,the products are at a courier office here in Perth,waiting to be picked up. I will be sending them all back once I get hold of them. There should be strict regulations of all vendors online, especially from China.

I purchased this product through PayPal, with ALL amounts NOT stating USD or any particular country's dollar amount, but was immediately charged WAY more than any amount I agreed to!
I tried canceling my order IMMEDIATELY, only to be told it was already packed and shipped and that I would have to wait to receive my order, to send it back to get a refund!

Scam , by accident ordered 4 not 1 . Called them 1 miniye after , spoken in person, emailed many time they claimed order was already shipped , minutes alert ordering?? . No will to help , sad to see such people

I ordered one product from this company, but they charged me for four. I contacted support immediately to cancel the extra items. Instead of helping, their agent Victor told me the order “couldn’t be cancelled” and that I had to wait for it to arrive and then return it for a refund.

Their own website says cancellations must be made within one hour — and I reached out within that time — yet they refused to cancel.

I waited two weeks for the package. When it finally arrived, all four products were made of extremely cheap material, and none of them even turned on. Completely unusable.

When I contacted support again, they offered me just 25% back and told me to keep the defective products. After pushing back, they only went up to 75%, but refused a full refund for something that didn’t work at all. Only then did they finally send me a return address — but with conditions that the products must be “unused and not defective,” which makes no sense because they were defective from the start.

In the end, I spent over $200 for products that were completely useless. The experience feels like a trap — stalling on cancellation, refusing full refunds, and selling items that don’t function.

I strongly encourage others to be careful with this website. My experience was the worst purchase I’ve made in 35 years. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

my paypal account was deducted twice as soon as I was about to place an order. I realised it might be a scam, then exit, at the same time, money was taken out from my paypal account IN US$. I didn't even confirm or enter my details. Lilcooler is disgusting!The moment I selected my paypal account, my paypal account showed two transactions almost instantly! I didn't even enter my address!! That's quite crazy.
the company address is in Lithuania. I thought it's an Australia based company as the YouTube ad gave me this impression. I am glad that I use paypal to do the payment, I quickly logged in my paypal account and disputed the transaction as "unauthorised payment". Fortunately I have the refund from paypal the next day.

This is a horrible experience. I will give it a negative star if there was one.

I received a product called Air Cooler (not lilcooler). Advertised Australian dollars and charged me US dollars (false advertising). I remember an old portable tent fan worked better than this air cooler. It's honestly a waste of money. You can buy pedastal fans for same price that will work much better, with the same output noise. Very cheap quality. I can't help feeling that I've been conned!

Bought 3 units, all of a sudden amount charged was in USD and went from $180 to $280. Bank contacted me immediately suspecting fraud and GOT MY MONEY BACK!!! Go NAB! Cancelled my card immediately as well. To my surprise I actually got three very cheaply made evaporative fans in the mail. Cheap plastic and parts not even properly together from packaging. Definitely not an air conditioner replacement, will see if it works for a desktop fan but I don’t work at a desk nor
do my children. I was considering even sending them some kind of payment if the product was actually as advertised and worked great, but no. It is a scam! Possibly my first online scam I fell for because I didn’t do my research… usually I research well before making a purchase.

Similar to others - thought I had ordered 2 but it was placed as 2 orders so got 4. ALso thought it was in AUD$ but charged in USD at a ridiculous exchange rate. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. UNTRUSTWORTHY

I can’t believe I fell for this. I guess we all have a stupid moment. I meant to order one and I think I might get four if it ever turns up I suppose I just have to suck it up and avoid further stress. previous reviews accurate.

The company lies on its ads. This is NOT an air conditioner!!

Misleading information and advertising. It is just an undersized evaporative cooler. Only works in dry hot climates, if you are anywhere with humidity over 30% or a room larger than a car it probably won’t work well for you. If you are in a dry climate buy a much bigger size of evaporative cooler. If you live in a more humid climate stick with aircon.
