The australian website was not in AUD but you don't find this out until you get the bill. They offered a cheaper unit but that is a scam as they actually charge you and dispatch 3 units in US dollars. I tried to contact them immediately but their contact email is deactivated. I got through to customer support 10 mins later and they claimed the order was dispatched and couldn't be changed. This was untrue as the order was dispatched several hours later. Do not order these units - the operators are unethical

like all other reviews total scam, tried to cancel order they refused, charged in US dollars, has less blowing power than a cheap hairdrier, cheap plastic etc, arrived broken again refused refund due to box being open ? company should be banned on facebook ad

Total scam - product is ineffective, expensive and trying to get a refund is impossible. BEWARE

Pretty well same as all reviews got charged in us dollar instead of AUD 280 wasted, complete scam don't buy it, YouTube should take responsibility for letting these thieves advertise on their platform ,so I'm expecting 3 pieces of junk to maybe turn up wish I read these reviews before hand once bitten twice shyed

I ordered 2 they charged me for 3 and they charged me in American dollars, yet advertised in Australian dollars. It is not silent and is only as cool as an average fan.

Beware the product does do whats advertised. Ive tested it against my normal desk top fan and the lil cooler, there is no difference.
I am currently trying to get a refund, it appears to be a long slow process.

Lil cooler website was misleading made you think it was Australian therefore in Australian dollars no mention anywhere it was US dollars. The product itself is rubbish completely useless as a cooler and a total waste of $300+AUD for four.
Wouldnt encourage anyone to waste their money like I did!

My experience with the company who sell the lilcooler (Core Commerce UAB) was similar to everyone else's on here! Choose 2 and got charged for 4 coolers; product sent was different to original product viewed on a youtube video; youtube video removed; product damaged on arrival.

The good news is, YES, I managed to get a FULL REFUND! And you can too.

If you used paypal, lodge a dispute via paypal.

Here's what you do:
FIRST, contact the company that make the coolers--Core Commerce UAB--on the email provided on the website you bought the cooler from (this first step is required by paypal before you can lodge a dispute).

SECOND, once you have contacted them and have proof of this, then you can immediately lodge a dispute via paypal! This way all communication between you and them is done via paypal. DON'T waste your time with emails only to the company--and it is a valuable waste of time. This company will first try and get you to follow a link and fill out a survey.
When you say no they will then offer you 25%, then 50% and finally 75% of a refund! Say, "No".

THIRD, once you have lodged a dispute via paypal and communicated with the company via paypal, saying "No" to all their negotiations, Core Commerce UAB will FINALLY agree to a full refund. This refund requires you to return the product with tracking at your own cost to this address--PO Box 3155 Wareemba N.S.W.

Do the maths yourself, but posting the coolers back still works out as a better financial gain to you than accepting their "75% keep the product deal". If you accept the 75% deal you are giving them $20! I personally preferred spending the cost of postage to be rid of their cheap, plastic pieces of landfill and make THEM completely out of pocket! Your choice though.

LAST step, post the product with tracking to the above mentioned address. Provide the tracking number to Core Commerce UAB.

I did so and received a full refund within 5 days. As a precaution I took photos of EVERYTHING--the product itself; the way I packaged it for postage; tracking number.

So the end of the very drawn out and painful story is, YES, you can get a FULL REFUND.

it was the well heater and the lumi heater before that (google them and see the exact same process)

There seems to be a bigger issue at play, this is a mass scam that should be addressed. I don't know who is behind it but there are darker forces behind this. I fell for the same thing but with a heater equivalent and learnt that once they've been outed by a large group of people they move on to the next dodgy product

Sadly I've had same experience as most of these reviews.ordered 1 ($47), charged for 3. Thought was Australian dollars, checked bank to find out charged $370, was American dollars x 3. Tried to cancel order no more than 10mins after placing order to be told, no can do.. numerous emails demanding cancellation of order, ignored, bullshit generic reply about already in transit.B FRICKN S
Total frickin SCAM. Expensive lesson learned. There may be hope for retail outlet's yet. No more online buying for me.

Total scam. they charged me for four units and then charged a second transaction I didn't give permission for. my bank will deal with them.

I am fully satisfied with lil mini cooler working cooling very good device . recommended . Been using it for sometime have benefited from the cooling in this hot climate nowadays.

Total scam, product doesn't do what it claims it has less plastic and moving parts then a pencil sharpener I lost $300

Luckily I paid PayPal and engaged their refund policy and recieved a full refund..the Lilcooler company tried to offer 25%refund ..PayPal sorted it out . Not a good experience and will never buy from false advertising that look genuine! Again

What a piece of rubbish iv just bought. $200.00 wasted. Does not work at all. Taking money from people when you know your contraption does not work shame on you. PLEASE DONT ANYONE BUY THIS PIECE OF SHIT.

I have not yet received the product, I tried to cancel once I realised that it was one of these scam products.
For starters for one of Australia’s #1 cooling system, it is paid for in USD.
You don’t see you are paying for in USD until after the purchase.
They also add on extended warranty, even though you don’t ask or click on to that.. because you don’t get a chance.
It doesn’t come up with a confirmation price.
Please do not use this company , it’s one of those scam company for socks vitamins etc.

What a rip off. Misleading in that you get charged in USA dollars not AUS. Just received a refund after many emails $15 less than I paid, had to pay for postage return too. They offered 75% refund and I keep the fans. I said no!!!
The fan is very weak, leaks water. Please listen to my advice and avoid tis company
