My experience with Little Ones has been extremely positive. They take great care and attention to detail in finding the best position for each individual. The team is professional, kind, and hardworking, and they go above and beyond to ensure you flourish in your next role.

I attended a first aid course with Little Ones London and had a great experience. The teacher was very helpful and kind, explaining everything clearly and making it easy to understand. Little Ones London are professional, well organised, and supportive throughout. I would definitely recommend them.

Whilst looking for a job, the whole process was smooth and reassuring for start to finish. I felt supported and the communication was great. Special mention to Rob, thanks for all your help!

This agency took a substantial fee to find a nanny for our child. After a serious safeguarding incident involving facial bruising, the agency acknowledged the issue and agreed to provide a replacement instead of a refund.

The replacement search was poorly handled, unsuitable candidates were sent, and the search was later closed without discussion. After more than a year of silence, the agency now denies the agreement entirely, citing missing records and staff turnover.

Families should exercise extreme caution before paying large fees to this company. Proper vetting, safeguarding, and accountability appear to be lacking. We are now pursuing recovery of our fees legally. Please stay away

Thanks to Little ones, they help me find a position as a nanny in Paris. Noémie was really nice, helpful, understanding and easy to contact when needed.

TLDR: Don't write any of the agents a positive review until they have secured a job for you.

First person I was put with, Matthew, ghosted me in a way that left me in complete shock. He interviewed me and seemed really nice, then asked me to write a review of him, saying his company was doing a contest where each employee had 24 hours to get as many reviews as they could. I was in a different time zone and so didn't see the message for a long time, but wrote him a great review, which he thanked me for, but after that, the ghosting started. Not responding to me for a couple weeks at a time, not wanting to get my DBS check started, etc. It was hard not to feel that he had just wanted a great review (maybe they get bonuses if they get the most positive reviews?) When I confronted him about it, he said he'd been 'away' and then pretty much completely ghosted me. I couldn't believe it!

I have worked with many agencies and always had great relationships with them, loving how efficient, responsive, and skilled at finding compatible families they have been. Some positive experiences in the past: Pavilion Agency in NYC, SmartSitting in NYC and Los Angeles, and The Lighthouse Agency in Berlin. Luckily I found an amazing job at a school on my own, which is why I can write this review.

Second person I was put with was extremely kind but still didn't get one interview, which is a little odd because I've been a nanny for 10 years. I understand, though, that the nanny market is tough during this economic downturn. But when I posted on Facebook, I immediately got interviews. It's hard for me to not think that this company mostly just wants people to sign up for the various courses they offer.

I initially began speaking with this agency but nothing came to fruition.
They contacted me again trying to pair me for a job then ghosted me for 3 weeks. When I brought this up I was called out for ‘ghosting’ them when we were only ever trying to set a phone call up.
Reminded them that they reached out to me not the other way round. I feel like I was contacted and ghosted for some sort of revenge.
I have heard nothing but bad things from this agency and should have listened.

I applied for a role through the agency little ones uk , and Laurane contacted me quickly. She carefully reviewed my CV and understood my experience as a Maternity Nurse.

I had a lovely lady called Morgane Cognaud helping me with my process she was amazing super helpful and full of initiative! I have never used an agency before but I a million percentage recommend little one’s they’ve been nothing but great.
I’ve only been using them for the past two weeks and already I’ve had more than five interviews a meet the family and also now a job offer. Finding a job isn’t easy and is a long process but with the help of Morgane Cognaud and little ones it’s so quick and easy but also made perfect to what I was looking for!

Disappointed with the services I’ve been provided. I was recommended this agency by a friend as she had gotten a job fairly quickly and said the agents were lovely.
I’ve been signed up with little ones for a few months now and I’m getting nowhere. I feel I’m constantly having to chase for updates or any messages I send as I feel I just get ignored 90% of the time.

I am keen to start a new role asap and I’ve not really had the support in finding anything.

I booked a first aid training with littleones, on the day of the training I came across lovely people. The first aid tutor Gary was amazing, funny and very detailed. It was a 6 hours training but it felt short because it was fun and educating. I highly recommend littleones if anyone requires a childcare services or first aid training. I am looking forward to working for this company in the future.

I have done Peadpatric First Aid to day. I need to thank Little ones. The training was excellent because the trainer was very supportive and knowledgeable. It was well planned and enjoyable throughout the session. It was the best course I have ever attended. Gary is a good trainer and friendly.
