Total crap nothing works here waste of money

Scammers,
I try to use my online disposable card, but I can’t use it for this transaction, so definitely scammers.

Signed up, could not locate or phone or do anything it advertises it can do. Doubt I will get my 50p back but they certainly wont get my £29 that is for sure

Avoid at all costs.. failed to locate phone (Samsung found it in 30seconds) charge £0.50 then day after charge £29.95 for subscribing..
Customer service waiting for refund as close all details and it's within time limit.. so please avoid. Try other methods first.

When I had an issue, I contacted their customer service via email.
They responded promptly, politely and professionally.
We negotiated a fair discount so we are both happy.
Nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes. What separates service suppliers is how they respond.

TOTAL SCAM. If I could have given this minus stars I would. They cannot locate a phone even when it’s on!!! I asked to cancel the subscription a couple of hours after setting it up and they cancelled the whole account!

Now I see what you offer, I can leave a review. This service is of no use to me in locating my lost phone. It does nopthing I could not do myself.

Big, big , big scam ! They first charge 0,50 euro to find the phone and the following day they take 39,90 from your account. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I looked at using this site for a lost iPhone my phone location through Apple has not moved for 48hrs obviously the battery has died, I looked at this one locate my phone it almost fooled me in to signing up as it showed my phone as active companies like these should not be allowed to operate I can only offer one star for a near miss what should be 50p for 24hrs and after that £29 a month glad I looked at the previous reviews.

This is a blatant scam. They never found my phone and set up a direct debit to my card for $40 a month. I had to cancel my card to avoid these crooks

Like everyone else robbed of nearly £30.tried to cancel before payment but unable to access until after subscription taken. Do not use total scammers

Similar to all other reviews.This company attempted to transact a £30 subscription. Tried to log in to cancel and it would not recognise my email address despite sending me correspondence to the same email address. Was saved by my bank ( Kudos to Bank of Ireland ) who contacted me. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

TOTAL SCAM.
My sister lost her phone so I was trying to help her find it. Thought I was paying a small amount for a one off payment to get a GPS location. Locatemyphone signed me up for a monthly subscription without authorisation, then came up with every excuse in the book not to issue a refund... Firstly there was a problem with their system, then there was a problem with the "Issuing bank" now its apparently going to take 21 days through BACS. Why????

This company are scammers as other took £29.95 a month I never agreed to this

Same experience as everyone else... Paid 50p to find the phone... Next day I learnt they'd signed me up to a £30 a month subscription.

Who loses their phone that often that they need such a subscription??

I've now joined the growing,unhappily bewildered team of previous reviewers. This website is completely useless at locating your lost phone and simply collects 50 pence through your credit card before very quickly setting up a monthly subscription for £29.95. A subscription that you are not made aware you're signing up to.

DO NOT USE!!! One start is too much but the trust pilot system won't let me leave None! This company should be closed down if you are unfortunate to enough to have signed up for what looks like a 50p charge which will quickly turn into £30 then make sure you follow follow their cancellation policy and close the account within 30 days and then send an email to their customer services team to request a full refund.
