As with all the other reviews, I was scammed. I was happy to part with 50p. However they deducted £29.95 without my knowledge. I did not authorise this. Do not use this company!!

Avoid like the plague, 50p sounds reasonable but hidden in the small print you have signed up for £29.99 a month. Its not even like it worked, it just advises you use the apple find my iPhone. Do not use this service, you will have wasted over £30!

You think you're only paying £0.50 but 24 hours later they take £29.99. If you read all of the terms its a monthly subscription. The service they offer you can do free through Google.

Same experience as others. Paid 50p to try and locate my lost phone - it was absolutely useless and could not find it. Luckily I managed to find it in the end using google's free locate my device service.

The next day I was shocked to see a further £29.99 was taken from my account without my consent and learnt that I had been unwittingly signed up to a monthly subscription. Luckily I spotted it straight away and have hopefully managed to cancel the subscription. I have requested a refund for the money they took from me, which their refund policy says I am entitled to.

Basically, moral of the story - avoid these scammers and instead use google's free and effective service!

Unfortunately - like everyone else on here, have also been scammed by this dog poo company. They have been taking monthly payments of 19.95 here and there without my consent and without me stupidly seeing it! Stay away and if you're reading this before thinking about using this company then good for you and well done , because you won't also be writing a review like this later down the line.

Used this company yesterday. They initially took 50pence as a charge for using the service. It was a complete waste of time. They stated the phone had been answered using their send a ring signal to the phone. WRONG!!
The phone was found down the back of the settee. They then charged me 29.95 the following day. SCAM.
AVOID AVOID this company. I will now have to cancel my card and request a new one😩

Scam. Took 50p payment, then did not find phone, then next day took £29.95 from my bank account. TOTAL SCAM. Goin to report to their local Trading Standards, hope others do so to stop this scam

Doesn't work - took the money, didn't find the phone then redirected me to use Find my device on Google which I already have and it's free. Then two days later tried to take just over £29. This info is buried in long T&Cs. Don't know what they are trying to charge for as service doesn't work. Luckily I cancelled my card ahead as waiting for replacement so no money was taken but this is very poor and the worst thing is that a lot of those companies do it. Avoid at all cost

Used this site to try to locate a phone. It charged me 50p (which I agreed to) but after I'd passed that page nothing happened and I couldn't even get the log in sorted so forgot about it and tried something else.

Then a couple of days later I got hit with a £30 charge. I couldnt even find out what was going on as I didnt have a log in but after reading the below reviews can see its a massive scam.

I'd forgotten I'd even been on the site as it was no use in locating the phone yet clearly it had saved my payment details and was taking money without approval or authorisation.

Wish I'd been on here before as this site is a complete scam - avoid at all costs

Unwanted subscription setup for me and far too much money taken from my account

Very bad customer service. Spoke to someone named Iris. Did not want to engage with me as a customer only keep telling me I wasn’t signed into my account. I was having an online chat with her. If I wasn’t signed in how was I having a conversation with her ? Been trained ? In what ? Customer Service ?
