Took my money and then took me to their start screen and didn't locate the missing phone. This is a convicted. Asking for money up front. Avoid

I am with other people on this. Total and utter scam! At no point are you thinking you are entering a subscription service, no prompt, no warning, no information. How they are able to get away with this in the 21st century is beyond me. I only found out it was a subscription service when I saw my CC had been charged £19.95, with absolutely no authorisation on my part. Snake oil merchants! I thought it was a one off payment of 50p. Should have known better. Even the most savvy of us get caught out. Precisely why I use a credit card in these circumstances. Beware people! Companies should be completely open and transparent regarding what they are selling, which is the opposite of this company!

Total scam. Thought I was paying £1.99 to find my phone. They took £19.95. Have reported as FRAUD to my credit card company.

I agree with all the other reviewers, total scum and an absolute SCAM.
As with previous reviewers charge you 50p and only thanks to Santander’s for flagging up the up coming £19.95 and subsequent £19.95 they blocked the payment. Downside had to cancel my bank card just at a time of loosing my phone. Avoid Avoid at all costs.

I wish I had read this before I used this service. I would also give zero stars. Didn't locate phone and charged me £19.95 after the 50p the next day!!

SCAM!!! do not use. will take money out of your bank account and they dont answer the phone!

It's a scam took 50p and 19.95 never received a email to find my phone, anyways phoned my bank to raise a dispute and froze my card. Dodgy people.

Dreadful company just scam to get bank details and extract money each month why havent they beeen banned/struck off?

Awful cancelled after 5 minutes and they have just took £20 out my bank now I can't get hold of anyone

Useless service. After promising to find my phone, they didn't. Paid the small fee and cancelled within about a few mins. I complained to them and they thanked me for "reaching out" but didn't attempt to address my complaint but didn't charge me the monthly fee which I've just heard about.

As with others...a complete scam. If I could give a review with a minus I would. I have a bank account in which I only see as little as I need for any purchase online, so whilst I'm sure they will get their 50p (which I stupidly tried to pay twice) so hopefully they won't get any more - don't go for it!!

I had a terrible experience using this App, they literally debited me £19.95 twice without my consent or knowledge. This is after saying the fee charged is 50p.

This is an out and out scam...DO NOT create and account your phone will not be found!!!

They don’t locate your phone, they confirm the number exists and then do nothing except charge you monthly fees or whatever
I cancelled within 8 hours but they still took 19.95
Who the hell are these people to prey on desperate individuals searching for their phones in order to live and work in this world!!
This conman is no doubt living in a big house and driving an expensive car on the tears and stress of many many people.

Total scam, ask for 50p and kept taking money out each month. You cannot call them and when you email them they are not helpful. Now need to dispute this.
