Never found my phone. Didn't even try as the phone was found!
paid 50p for this and then they took an additional £19.95
I'm know contacting my bank to get the money refunded. Always check reviews if possible. I couldn't as i didn't have a PC available and i was using someone else's phone who needed is back straight away

Absolute joke of a company paid 50p to locate my phone which it didn’t do then charged £19.95 the next day total scam

Like everyone else here I fell for this, I did find my phone by using it but got billed the 50p followed quickly by another £19.95 for what? I didn't ask for a subscription.

Can only echo what others have written - its a scam, I cancelled well within the trial period they still took the £19.95 and after 3 weeks have still not been refunded. Latest email states it was refunded immediately and I have to contact my bank as they need to allocate the refund to my account - complete rubbish. I'm gutted that I have to leave at least a single star in my review, they don't even deserve that

SCAM!!!
Paid them to locate my phone (which they didn't) and then they started taking a subscription from my bank a few days later. Thankfully my bank stopped the payment in time.
BEWARE AND AVOID.

damn it! i wish i checked reviewed before i got conned into this!!! i was frantically looking for my phone, got desperate thought i cant go wrong with paying 50p and then it literally gives me nothing!! i've immediatly cancelled the subscription so hoping i dont get charged the £20 that follows :(

I would give zero stars if I could. Imagine your child has had their phone stolen. You're frantically trying to find it because the person who has taken it has switched it off. Apple find my phone says phone offline. Locate my phone offers to help to 50p. Great, pay 50p for it to take you back to the apple find my phone page and tell you it can't do anything. Looking back now in very tiny writing is says there's a 19.95 subscription. It's not obvious that that's what you will be paying and they know this is incredibly crafty. This site is a total fraud and how they are allowed to do this to people beggars belief. This is a completely mis sold product. I shall be complaining to ofcom and the financial ombudsman and I will get my money back.

EDIT: I contacted the fraud department of my bank who stopped further payments and a refund of the initial 19.95 is going back to into my account. The subscription and account has now been closed all confirmed in an email.

A total waste of money! They charge .50p and then 24 hours later debit you with £19:95. An absolute waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs

Payed the 50p next day took £19.95 out of my account. I found the phone myself. Total disgrace these names come up on Google.

Everyone please beware and avoid at all costs. I was lured into the first payment of 50p (I really should have known better!) and then thankfully read reviews on Trustpilot. Accordingly, I immediately cancelled my 'subscription' and closed my account, barely avoiding the £19.50 'subscription' charge. After speaking with my bank, I cancelled my card as well just to avoid any possible further fraud.
On reflection, Locatemyphone do a huge disservice to people already traumatised by losing their phone. Their product didn't work at all, was a waste of time and the whole experience caused me and my wife a lot of stress.
I am disappointed that Google allow this website to be placed at the top of the list of contacts for help with finding a lost phone. It reflects very badly on Google.

00.50p "year right" more like £20.00 shocking after paying the 50p for my phone I was charged the next day 24 hours after an additional £20.00 and the bloody the didn't even work...

I was sucked in as well, just like the rest 50p get lost, they steal 19.95 the next day.

How to get sucked in ...
These people can't find a phone with just a phone number as they claim. This so-called 'free service' is charged at 50p, but far more importantly - on the following day they help themselves to £19.95 from your bank account and set themselves up with a repeating direct debit. I even cancelled directly within minutes of trying their failed service yet they still dipped into my account and took £19.95. You could lose a fortune to these t*****s. BE WARNED!!!! I award them ZERO stars, and I'm reporting them to Trading Standards. Their number is 01253 530328, Surestream Ltd.

Like others on here I fell for this scam. I had lost my phone and thought paying 50p to locate it was good. They didn’t locate my phone and two days later I noticed £20 gone from my account!! Unknowingly I had signed up to a monthly subscription, which I have obviously now cancelled.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Minus 5 star if possible subscribed to locate daughters missing phone charged my card then on trying to locate phone just advised me on insurance and replacment phones. Scam

Only gave 1 star as it is impossible to give zero. Rip off merchants. I was in a panic as i had lost my phone signed up for the 50p location service (which did not find the phone) next day they charged my account £19.95 Scammers Beware

Can't find the phone but they can find a way of surreptitiously taking £20 a month. Make sure to inform your bank before the money goes.

A scam - It does not work and is just preying on people who are desperate to find their phone. Says its 50p then hidden in the ts and c's they charge you £20 after 24 hours even though it is not able to help you find your phone. Subscription is also very difficult to cancel
