Losh advertised a great looking Helly Hansen Men's water resistant softshell jacket - complete with HH shoulder and neck labelling in all of the diagrams. So I bought one and then it turned out to be a no-name jacket without any labels or indication it was from HH. Plus it was very cheaply made from a single layer of plastic material.

Losh has ripped me off for almost AUD100 and I know I have lost my money without any hope of a refund.

Do not buy from Losh - it's a scam.

SCAM DROP-SHIP SITE - DO NOT RECOMMEND. Item I received was nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a chocolate brown mens linen shirt. I received a purple silk shirt with a terrible collar sent from China, that I will never wear. Contacted multiple times for return or a refund, absolutely no reply.

Their returns policy and website is all fake, they don't do what they say the do in these circumstances (in my experienced).

I am only giving it a one because there is NO OPTION for 0. It is the POOREST quality materials and NOT WORTH the price at all. If you paid $10, you paid $10 too much. RUN from this company. DO NOT be fooled by the photos on their website. It is very cheap quality and looks nothing like the pictures. I am very disappointed and would never buy from them again. I spent way too much money and their customer service is horrible at getting back and helping. Of course I was not refunded my money and I’m stuck with very poor quality products. I would not waste my time, energy, or money on this company if I were you. I am sorry that I did.

Should have checked the reviews before buying. But ordered a belt. It took nearly three months to arrive, was poor quality and has a really unpleasant smell. It’s unwearable. Strongly recommend not buying from this retailer.

I had to contact my bank I wanted to have my payment reversed. After 2 and a at months of nothing my parcel arrived and it is an imitation white fox suit not at all worth $123!!

Ordered a Scuffers Withlove jumper and the item received was clearly counterfeit and a completely different colour to the picture on the website. After several emails they eventually gave me an address in China to return it to, even though the website implies they are based in Europe. I sent proof of postage to them as the package was taking a while to get to them. Seven months later the package has been returned to me due to an invalid address given. I have contacted Losh and they are refusing to give me a refund unless I return the jumper but I cannot return it when they give me invalid addresses. This is a scam company and should be avoided!

The SSD drive was fake, nowhere near the 4T capacity I paid for. It was corrupted to boot, and unable to be repaired, presumably due to its fraudulent capacity claim.

Do not buy from Losh. The quality is very poor. I tried to return address, and received no reply to my request for a return label. So I sent it to the address on the page for the Netherlands. I eventually received a belated email in response to my requests, and ultimately an email saying they could not refund me because I had sent it to the wrong address.

If I could give no star I would. Don’t buy off this site, the quality of clothing is so poor. I ordered a velvet blazer and the item that turned up was this nasty stretch fabric jacket, just garbage. Impossible to get refund.

Shit shit shit do not order from here. They dont send what you bought. Sizes are 4x too small. And they wont refund money. Absolutely shit

Worst experience i have ever had online shopping. Item was 4 sizes smaller than what was labeled and had a missing item that they would not acknowledge. After a painful 2 weeks of emails they still refused to give us a refund

Unfortunately I have to give a rating in order to post - they are a nought star rating in fact. I bought a 28TB SSD external from them. It is a scam!! It has a program on it which tells you it has 28TB capacity but it has no capacity. This company should be removed from advertising any products on any site. They are Chinese scammers pretending to be a European company.

Do not use this company unless you want fake substandard goods you cannot return unless you pay £25 and even then I doubt you’ll get your money back. This is a scam site do not use

I would never ever again order from this company. Their customer service is horrible. Their products are cheap and disgusting. Their return policy is pathetic. This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with stay away.

Items received not same quality advertised. Shoes shown as "LEATHER" however plastic polyurethane shoes were delievered. Looks similar to advertising BUT definately NOT Leather. Furthermore "Emma" states in reply - "after careful review of your pictures provided the goods delivered were what you ordered..... you can return items at your own great expense or we offer 15% discount on your next purchase and you can keep items received....." I believe any further purchases of anything from Losh Fashion will be of similar cheaply manufactured fake goods quality. Undesireable and unusable poor quality items are being returned.

My parents have asked for some shoes, and unfortunayely they have received a very poor quality and different size product. It has been done by plastic and the price was for good leather shoes. It was the worst shoes i have never seen in my whole life.
Additionaly, when the have traed to ask for given back the order, they havent been informed about the procedure. It is no way to send them back and give back the money.

Please dont trust on this webpage.

I wish I could rate zero stars and also report this business to the police for fraud.

They advertiser Tommy Hilfiger mens trousers which I then ordered. Nearly 2 months later I received a poor quality knock off that was so bad I had no choice but to throw it away.

Absolute scam and criminals - please don’t waste your time or money.
