Paid $71 NZD for what looked like a quality blazer. Arrived after three weeks and a cheap knock off. Unlined, different colour and very wrinkled. Lesson learned, I could’ve ordered the same from Shein for $20, at least I would’ve known what I was getting.

How I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews before making this purchase.
I paid £55.00 for two piece outfit. It took 2 weeks to arrive. The outfit was totally unusable as the material is paper thin and totally see-through. I wrote to the company and sent photos, you could clearly see my hand through the material. I asked for a return label and a refund. A girl called Emma was dealing with it.She totally refused to send a return label. The company is based in the Netherlands so I am very reluctant to spend more money on the postage, in case they don't refund the £55.00. I have emailed a couple of times but don't get any reply.

Losh Fashion cannot be trusted to send the product ordered, but send a cheap, inappropriate item and won’t refund. It appears to be a fraudulent site.

Losh fashion is an absolute scam.
I ordered a hoodie for 52 euro when it arrived it was the poorest quality item of clothing I had ever seen.
I posted it back to them in china as a point to see if they would refund me.
After 7 emails I finally was given a return address. Postage cost 23 euro registered.
After weeks and and multiple emails later I have heard nothing despite my
Package being confirmed that it has been delivered.
Do not buy anything from this website.

STAY WELL CLEAR - ABSOLUTE JOKE

Ordered clothes, took money, no tracking available still 2 weeks later...phone number disconnected, no reply to emails....Stay away...Scammmers

Do not use them. I paid $152 nzd for a mens trench coat size 2xl. I received a childs size and it was going to cost too much to return it and not garantee I would get a refund.

The hoodie I received is not the same colour as the hoodie that was advertised online. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund and should not have to pay for the return postage when the item delivered is not what was advertised. The customer service is appalling. I will never use Losh again.

Bought a scuffers hoodie on Losh. It is clearly counterfeit. Avoid this website.

A size 39 shoe ordered on 20th November 2025 from the Netherlands and arrived in Ireland in early January 2026.
Issues
1. Took over 6 weeks for delivery yet they promised a 2 -3 week delivery in time for Christmas.
2. Faulty item - shoe size supposed to be a 39 yet it fits like a 38. A tiny sticker says 39 and no imprint of a 39 on the shoe. Poor quality shoe cost approximately E62.95.
3.Losh Fashion wont pay for the returns of the faulty shoe.
4. According to their website returns policy, they have to provide a form and address. After pointless emails they won't provide the relevant details and paperwork for the faulty shoes returns.

Now, I have put in a consumer complaint to the European Consumer Centre in Ireland (ECCI).

Do not buy from Losh Fashion for the above reasons. Terrible quality items and dire customer service tactics used to frustrate you so you won't continue with your refund process.

Update: on Losh Fashion website, there is a contact address for them in the Netherlands. When they finally emailed the return form on 10th Jan, the return address is for China. Postal return of the faulty item is E23. I will be following up on this as its within my consumer rights for them to pay.
