I ordered two expensive but reasonable priced valentines gifts that were advertised to be delivered before Valentine’s Day,,, Lo and behold they never arrived,,, when I enquired why? I was given , what I now know is a standard “AI” response of, from “EMMA!!!!!! “you gave us the wrong address information”!!

I have just today the 18th of March received my items and to say that they are of the lowest quality that is humanly possible from china’s sweatshops “from where they actually come from “would be an understatement!!!!!
This is a fraudulent website and business and I have forwarded their information to the Dutch authorities from where they base themselves and they have assured me that a full investigation is underway.
Please, please, please don’t purchase anything from “Losh”!!!

It's all scam! I lost my money

An absolute sham is all I can say about Losh Fashion. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. The raincoat I ordered (supposedly days to arrive!) took weeks. Poor quality, no labels in it except care instruction. When I tried to return it, as it was too small, was when the run around started. First return email from them told me that they had sent me what I had ordered. True, but it didn’t fit, how hard is that to understand. They have mastered the art of fobbing you off with promises of further discounts on future purchases. I could write pages about their unethical scam of a company but I won’t waste any more time other than to say BE WARY OF USING THEM.

Losh Fashion

On February 17 I ordered a pair of stretch pants in size XL my usual size. I waited 17 days for them to arrive. They were marked XL but did not go near to fitting me. I read their return policy abided by it in full over a period of email exchange for 10 days the outcome being offered a 15% credit on a further purchase. This is not satisfactory so I am unable to recommend Losh Fashion.

The garment is exactly the same as one being sold by North Fashion Shore and I unknowingly ordered from the Losh site instead. The Losh garment is not linen/cotton as advertised by North but polyester, even for the same price. It isn’t easy to take the top off with no opening at the back of the neck. The fabric has only one stitched seam throughout and the waist ties are just cosmetic and dont work. A very inferior product and now I have to try and get my money back

I wish I had read these poor reviews before I purchased from Losh fashion. My experience mirrors many others it would seem. Item not as seen in advertisement and wrong size. Then the run around to try and return item . All I can say is that they are consistent .They have the art
of dealing with annoyed customers down pat.!

I ordered a red leather jacket and they shipped a cheap cloth shirt. Do not order from this company

The jacket is warm and comfortable thanks to the fleece lining. However, the finish could be a little better.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I wanted to return a product because, apart from the wrong size, they sent me a cheap knock-off, not the original. There was no way to get it back. After tons of emails, they wouldn't provide me with the return form and only offered me discounts on my next purchase as compensation. I insisted on returning the product, and they told me the refund would be in the form of a voucher to use on their website, they said that they won't return me de money, even accepting that I will assume the return costs. A scam! A scam for sending me a knock-off, and a scam for not refunding my money!! I will never buy from loshfashion again.

It’s nice, but the sizing runs small, even one size up didn’t fit me.

Une honte: plus de 100 euros pour l'achat de 3 chiens soit disant IA interactifs avec comportement comme un vrai... Risible ! C’est en fait le petit chien qui aboie que l’on trouve à 5 euros sur les trottoirs parisiens.. une belle arnaque !! Et pub mensongère. Très déçue !

Worst company. I bought two pairs of pants that didn't fit. For days they wouldn't tell me a return address even though they say returns with no questions. No return, for days they don't even return an email.

A rip off company with worthless poor quality products.

I placed an order for light fittings on 01/02.
When I hadn’t received the items, or any communication from a courier/Losh themselves, I emailed them. I received a reply telling me my address information was wrong, and could I provide the correct address??
5 emails later, I was informed they would endeavour to deliver as soon as possible.
Today 23/02, I receive a new email telling me my items are out of stock!! and they will give me the equivalent amount in store credit!!!
I will NEVER use them again, therefore I do not want store credit!!!
Unbelievable!

Impossible to get a refund!
Like all the other reviews the hoodie I ordered is nothing like the colour in the photo. They refuse to send me the return form to refund the item. I ordered two accidentally as it was in another languages when the order went through. Stuck with two hoodies we don't want and not able to get a refund

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Total sham! The garments are absolutely horrendous. Not at all what it looks like on their advertisement. When you try and get a refund, they advise you you have to return the shipment to China, when you've received it from Mississauga.

This company gives the perception that it is a legitimate company. This is false.
I have requested multiple times for a refund / return form for my purchase and I am getting the run around. I have 14 days to return it and still no form coz you can't return without the form and you cannot get the form off the website. I am however being offered a reduction of 45% on my next purchase. Not good enough.
I bought a jumper sized 2XL purposely and received one that is two sizes smaller than advertised. The package says it is a 2XL so the company said that is correct. I couldn't get the jumper over my head and I normally wear XL clothing.
I am the fool who was ripped off by them to the tune of $81.00. but I don't want anyone else falling for this trap.
Be aware of fraudulent companies like this one.

I’m only rating a 1 because there is no zero.

Took ages to get here.
Cheap fabric.
Sizing is totally off.
They are selling very cheap products at expensive prices.
