Zamówiłem kubek, który na stronie wyglądał na solidny i szczegółowo wykonany, a otrzymałem produkt znacznie gorszej jakości, z uproszczonymi detalami i innymi proporcjami. Na stronie brak informacji o wymiarach, co dodatkowo wprowadza w błąd. Sprzedawca odmówił uznania reklamacji i zaproponował jedynie 15% rabatu. Zwrot możliwy tylko na własny koszt do Chin, co jest bardzo drogie i w praktyce nieopłacalne. Nie polecam zakupów w tym sklepie.

Total scam. Product not even close to what was advertised. No chance of getting a refund. I will be reporting this company.

Most horrible shoes, made of chemicals. I threw them in the garbage same day.

This business is a total scam. The website offers high end quality costly products which purport to come from the Netherlands. The end product is inferior and not what the website claims. It is sent from China with the carrier that Temu uses. It comes in a plastic bag and not boxed as the website suggests. NEVER EVER BUY FROM LOSH FASHIONS

Terrible company- all fake- do not touch. No customer service and returns virtually impossible. Absolute nightmare to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

Rip off merchants, purchased a golf jacket that took ages to arrive, when it did you could see where they had cut out the size label. Product too small , then could only send it back if I paid and then would receive a discount voucher. When you try to use the discount, the site won’t accept it. Con men should be banned

I do not believe any positive reviews re this company. Item was not as described ,was not wearable, return is proving difficult, was offered a discount on next purchase. I tried to cancel the order 7 mins after it was placed and was refused and told I could send back, after a month of waiting I still have the unwanted item and have been told I need to pay approx 30 pound for return ,the shirt was 47.absolute con,avoid !

The order came and it took around 3 weeks (long)

I got my clothing and the trousers I got barley fit
Even though the size I ordered should have fit.

It came and the fabric was nothing like it should be, it came and almost instantly I got a hole in my trousers.

The top clothing I got is actually fine 😂. It’s obviously not the right fabric and feels like wetsuit fabric. But other than that it’s fine

I wouldn’t recommend buying from this website because there are multiple better websites

And the clothing is nothing like as mentioned

Hideous jumper - didn't look as described; it far bulkier and the colours far more garish - Comes from China a fact which is well disguised . Avoid !

Don't buy anything from this site. It's a scam.
On February 1st, I bought four dog-shaped lamps for almost double the price offered by other sellers because they were advertised as stained glass and handmade, while the other sellers stated they were made of plastic and resin.
The first problem was with the delivery time. It took three times longer than they had told me.
The second problem was with the quality of the products. It's clear they are made of plastic and resin, not what was advertised. Therefore, I consider them to be engaging in false advertising.
The third problem is related to the difficulty of returning the products. It was my first thought, and the only reason I haven't returned them is because, according to what I read on their website, the return shipping cost was my responsibility and was approximately €25 per package, too expensive to be left with nothing.
The fourth problem is the after-sales service and customer support. To date, I have sent them two emails: The first stating that I believed I had been the victim of misleading advertising and requesting a refund of the price difference between what I paid and the price of similar products offered by other sellers. The second, sent after three weeks without a response, requested a reply, which I still haven't received and, given how things are unfolding, I don't expect to receive.
Therefore, I believe it's best to share my experience so that others don't fall into the same trap.

The jacket I ordered looked solid and being lined looked great for a cold day.
The jacket I received was, perhaps, suitable as a pyjama top if you were kind.
It is made of the cheapest and nastiest nylon materials.
I stupidly paid $171 for it.
If I had paid $10 on Temu it would still be too much.
Do not buy anything of these scam artists.

Sizing wrong , no returns policy , cost to return it yourself is likely to be more ther the item you brought. You will be charged for all shipping and in their word it will be more than the cost of your purchase Which was £64 .
They need to be shut down

Cheap synthetic thin hoodie that looks nothing like the photos on the website. We ordered a blue hoodie with yellow writing. It’s brown writing and not the same style. 25€ to return - didn’t read that or the reviews before buying sadly. Plus postage took weeks! Don’t waste your money.

I ordered "leather jacket"..was not leather and the zipper stuck..multiple requests for refund (tried to cancel order 1/2 hrs after I ordered it and "emma" said it was already shipped!!!!!..many many texts to "emma" and my $ has not been returned!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM LOSH!!! It's a scam!!! Reported them to the Dutch authorities and police in canada
